This place was amazing and had so many little hustler kids and deessed local asking for money for photos. They run away as soon as a police officer sees them. Be careful of the fake impronted silver they sell at the markets. They may be stamped as genuine but they arent always. I recommend going on a tour to the...

No complaints. Clean rooms, great location, excellent breakfast. We only stayed for one night, but this hotel was much better than the one we stayed at before our trip to Sacred Valley, and the price was very similar.

Small rooms were quite clean and comfy. I had wifi in my room too, but slow as is typical. Room had a space heater which I used and appreciated. Bright and well lit too. The location can be a bit noisy, as the location is so central. My room looked down one of the side streets with a nice view....

Very central location right on the main square means it's easy to step out and find things. Also means quite a lot of traffic noise, motor bike exhaust noise and policeman's whistles. Quite small room of which c. 70% taken up by a 7 ft wide double in which one had to plan an expedition to find wife! Very comfortable...

We stayed here only one night and wished it could have been more. Wonderfully located just on a corner of the Plaza de Armas, spacious rooms, great spread of breakfast and welcoming staff. If we came to Cusco again, we would stay here without a doubt.

This hotel is located right on the corner of the Cusco town square. It is surrounded by shops, restaurants and historical buildings. Even though the room was small it was modern and clean. The one downside with our particular room (202) was that there was an outside light on the external wall which shone into the room all night. The...

In the heart of the historic centre of Cuzco. There was always something happening in or around the plaza. The hotel and its staff were wonderful. We stayed there twice in the same week. They were so helpful, understanding & accommodating to our needs, as we came & went at very odd times to connect with tours & flights. Our...

Beautiful clean place in the heart of Cusco. The city doesn't sleep but not sure if this was because of the festival Corpus Christi that was happening at the time we were there. The beds are so comfy and just what you need after hiking the inca trail. Ladies at reception were so helpful and lovely. Highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel is right in the main plaza, right in the middle of all the action. The room was great; new with an eat comfy bed and overall very comfortable,p. There was a strange mix up with my room however where I guess they also assigned my room to someone else. These things happen especially when the process hotel uses...

Staff are lovely and welcoming - a paid laundry service is available BUT there are no free ironing facilities you have to pay per garment !!
