This hotel met all of my expectations: clean, good service, excellent location. My suggestion would be to request a quiet room on the back of the hotel though. The front of the hotel has several rooms that are very loud at night due to local clubs. I would stay here again! Also, you can get an extremely nice suite room...

Very modern hotel, quite minimalist but clean with good service at a reasonable rate. Breakfast buffet was worth getting up for. It is right on Plaza De Armas so can't get a better location. Beds were comfy and rooms were warm. Would stay there again. Wifi was patchy throughout hotel.

Very nice, small, centrally located hotel in Cusco. The staff was quite friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the bed very comfortable. We stayed here one night before setting out on our trip through the Sacred Valley and Machu Picchu, and two nights on our return. The dining room looks out over the main square of Cusco with...

Although my group and I were not staying there, we decided to grab some dinner at the cafe/restaurant on new years eve. It was early and we got to sit on the little balconies overlooking the plaza. The food was bland, cold, expensive and in small portions. As we were having coffee, the waitress comes over and tells us we...

Staff friendly and professional, went out of their way to accommodate- held our luggage for two days while we went to Machu Picchu and back (without charge). Chose this hotel based on pictures of view from balcony to plaza, did not disappoint. We chose a suite and were both excited and impressed with the spacious, angular room. Loved eating on...

Just had a wonderful stay in this lovely little hotel. After staying in a dreadful hotel on a tour in another part of Peru, we were delighted to find that this hotel was very clean, well maintained and in an outstanding position right in the centre of town. Lovey traditional, but stylish touches in the decor, no unpredictable hot water...

The location can't be beat and the staff where efficient and friendly (apart from a stuff up in the airport connection). There is a pleasant cafe on the second floor (or first floor for Brits) with a good breakfast for Peru. However my room, although clean and comfortable could have been anywhere: white walls, no decorations of any kind, small...

I stayed in this hotel for my stay in Cusco and then returned after my trip to Sacred Valley and Macchu Picchu. The room was spacious and clean. I got a room on a higher floor with a partial view of Plaza de Armas. For me, the location of this hotel was the reason I chose it in the first...

Hotel was recommended by a friend from Peru. Location is perfect, but on Saturday evening it is impossible to sleep because of the noise of people partying outside. Work is being done next to the hotel, so you have noise in the evening and early morning. Room was very clean and and nice. Breakfast was GREAT with fresh juices and...

On the plus side: fantastic location right on Plaza de Armas, comfortable king-sized bed, great walk-in shower. On the other hand, the wifi signal didn't reach our room (407), staff were fairly uninterested, and overall I don't think it was worth the price (you mainly pay for the location). Breakfast was decent, and supposedly starts at 6:00, but on the...
