Best value for money. Cleanliness, tidiness, service - great for the price secured through a last minute hotel website. Location an easy 10-15 minute walk to centre plaza. Very, very happy with this accomodation.

This place was fine, but not particularly pleasant. Rooms were very small. Breakfast was okay, but be aware it is served on the 5th floor. Location was not my favorite - it was right on Avenida del Sol which is non-stop honking from morning to late evening. It is an 8 minute walk to the central area of Cusco. I...

This place is heavily discounted on the usual websites but still about 1/3 more expensive than a double room in a hostel. We decided to treat ourselves. The rooms themselves are nice enough but we had trouble with the staff mainly. We paid for a deluxe room and were given a standard, it took four attempts to get the room...

We stayed for 4 nights in total, 2 nights before Machu Pitchu and 2 nights after, had 2 different rooms. Both rooms were clean and tidy, room service was done every day. Breakfast was the best thing, on the top floor with view to city. Staff was nice and helpful, night staffs English was not that great, but then again...

"Exceeded my expectations, the hotel is located in the city center, near the train station, square, traditional market, restaurants, archeological sites, etc. My room was quite comfortable, there was always hot water. The best was the service, the staff is very friendly and always willing to help in whatever. "

The Waynapicchu Hotel was a great place to stay away from the hustle and bustle of downtown Cusco. It is a short 10 minute or so walk to get to the cathedral or town center, and also very close to a great artisan market, just down Avenida del Sol. Be aware that there is no elevator at this hotel. We...

Despite the friendly and courteous staff (no English) , we felt we could have definitely found a better place to stay. They sent a travel agent to pick us up at the airport with the taxi. He waited outside our room a few days and also called our hotel room at night it was very intrusive. The beds were incredibly...

We stayed here last week for our stay in Cuzco. Great location, ten min walk from Plaza De Armas, rooms were comfortable. Staff were great, even prepared a breakfast for our trip to Machu Picchu! Language barrier existed, which was solved using google translate on their computer behind the front desk!

The hotel is pretty nice, even for the price. They received us with Coca Tea just before we go to our room. Remember that it's a must considering that Cusco is over 3.300m high. The hotel does not have elevators, only stairs, so, if you have any problems with that, be aware before booking. The roons are nice and I...
