When we saw the pictures it looked really really nice, but actually were the coldest ever, the service wasn't that good, the first day we didn't have breakfast because the girl wasn't there... And we saw a rat im the second floor close to our room... The place and the blankets are clean but the service not so good and...

Me and my girlfriend stayed at Thomas Garden & Grill in for just under 4 weeks as a base in Cusco for doing a spanish course in Sanblas and also the Lares Trek and the place was great and run by. Lovely lady named Jenny who was very attentive and helpful. As for the hostel it was very clean with...

We stayed here 2 nights in total and were able to store our luggage here while we were away. The service is very friendly and helpful. The hostel is clean and comfortable. Good location, only a 10 minute walk to the main square. You also get a great view of the mountains and Cusco if your room is located upstairs.

Here is very nice and clean. You can take some rest at the garden in this hostel. Nearby market and laundry service shop. You can also go to the "La pierda de los doce Anquios" by walk, under 3 mins. Come in and let's join~

Stayed here for 9 nights. Really enjoyed our stay here. Rooms clean and kitchen is well equipped. Great location. Jenny is a lovely host and was really helpful during our stay. She recommended a really good travel agency KB Tours - where we booked our Salkantay trip. Jenny also recommended a dentist as my partner needed some dental work. Would...

This hostel is fantastic, everything is fairly new and the place is spotlessly clean. Showers have super hot water! Nice building and garden to relax in. The lady who runs the place seems to do everything single handed whilst juggling with college classes and handles everything really well - but as others have mentioned this can mean the place is...

We initially booked a room at Jhuno hospedaje but, without any notice, got put in Thomas Grill Garden. The hostel itself is ok although the shower gives you or burning hot or freezing water, nothing in between. The service, however, was a joke. They told us that breakfast would be served between 8 and 9. We didn't see anyone during...

Seriously, if it wasn't for one small detail, this would be the best hostel we've found in Peru. The good: clean (immaculate!) rooms, clean kitchen available to use, clean and attractive hostel, hot (really hot!) showers, great internet, a computer available, the cheapest private room we could find on short notice, located right smack in San Blas surrounded by restaurants,...

The location is really good and the building/garden are beautiful. However, there is only one employee to do everything in there (reception, breakfast, room cleaning...). This lady is really helpful, but since she seems to be alone, the service is not always as quick as it's supposed to be. Also, after 8pm, it is impossible to have cold water, so...
