Stayed here twice on our travels around Peru. Neither was a great experience. This hotel is noisy 24/7! If it wasnt suitcases going up and down it was the breakfast music which starts pumping at around 4-5am! Or annoying Americans shouting down the corridors at each other. Or any number of a variety of annoying noises. The plumbing is dangerous...

My daughter and I went to Peru in June to experience Machu Pichu....we stayed at the San Agustin hotel in Cusco..the interior was very warm and inviting looking very Spanish decor but the best point was the staff..exceptional service and sincere concernment as to our needs and comfort, great food service.....one nite we ordered a pizza from across the street and...

This was a smart hotel within easy walking distance of the Plaza de Armas. The food was very good and the internet access was free and efficient. Only two niggles; the bar staff seemed to be constantly confused and very slow, and the front desk tried to convince me I'd passed a fake $50 bill until I explained that it...

My wife and I just got back from a trip to Peru with stops in Lima, Cusco, Puno, and Nasca. This hotel in Cusco allowed us to have an even more enjoyable time in Cusco. The hotel staff provided excellent service and the atmosphere is cozy with the interior of the hotel having a unique and intimate design. You will...

We stayed in the same Peruvian chain of hotels in LIma, but this gem in Cuzco was terrific. Clean, spacious, modern rooms, comfortable beds- we had a triple, quiet day and night, fabulous buffet breakfast, ( Peru style, but a little bit of everything), friendly staff, internet access room in lobby, easy walk to main plaza, shops, sites. For the...

My husband and I stayed at this hotel for a total of five nights in April, 2009, in two different rooms. Both rooms were small but had big clothes closets. The bathrooms were in need of renovation, otherwise the rooms were good. We heard the trafic noice but we had no problems with slepping. The staff was very helpful and...

Really good location for sightseeing. If you want a quiet room, ask for one overlooking the archaeological remains next door - beautiful view and very peaceful. Unfortunately, if you want a double bed they all seem to be on the front which can be a little noisier. Decent breakfast every morning and coca tea available all day to help with...

A really unusual hotel only minutes walk from main square. Super entrance only spoilt by smokers. All the rooms are unusual and different [we had 3 during our stay] No carpets and whitewashed walls - but they add to the character! Not a straight wall anywhere! Clean. Lots of noise as people trundle their cases along the corridors at all...

The lobby is very beautiful! The rooms are nice and good size. Very clean. Very good breakfast. Overall a good and safe place to stay. You should buy a painting by "George Michael" outside of the hotel entrance. Get him to 50 soles or less.

We enjoyed our stay, it looks like a cave inside which adds character. The internet access to check on the kids back home was great. The staff was very pleasant hotel was clean, we blocked the toilet twice the staff sorted it out straight away. Coco tea on hand free all day which was great for the altitude sickness, the...
