We spent three great nights here in room 226. The room was spacious and clean. We really liked the courtyards and the open feel of the hotel. Breakfast was excellent with lots of fresh fruit. The wifi was good. We had left our bags before going to Machu Picchu and when we came back they were in our room waiting...

Great hotel with an excellent location. Lovely, somewhat small room on ground floor atruim level. Very comfortable. Staff are nice and friendly. Unfortunately, we were not feeling great for the first day due to altitude sickness. That passed soon enough. Then, enjoyed a nice dinner of salmonella somewhere else in town and got terribly sick. Hotel doctor turned out to...

On arrival the staff here are full of smiles, I was checked in within minutes and shown to my room. The room was very clean as was the bathroom. The rooms are not like your typical hotel room, these rooms have character, my room had a double door entrance and the high ceilings had the old school log beams running...

Lovely rooms - comfortable and clean. The staff are excellent- I am pleased I have booked this chain of hotels elsewhere if this is the standard. There is a bakery across the street with "the best" bread rolls and fresh churros - there is quite a queue after work hours for these delicious treats. Truly the staff are to be...

Hotel was perfect for what we were after - central, close to the market and cathedral. Breakfast was varied and delicious, rooms were tidy, staff were helpful and welcoming - my only nag would be that when we first arrived we asked about where to eat, we were advised to have something light so we could adapt to the altitude,...

I chose this hotel because of the great reviews it had online and its proximity to the main square. It didn't disappoint, since my fiance and I first set foot there, we were welcome by the friendly staff and with a coca tea for the altitude sickness. One of the staff members gave us a city map and even located...

We stayed at this hotel for a couple of days, on our way to Cusco. It's a lovely old building that has been renovated and it's quite charming. The rooms were clean and neat. I loved the beautiful courtyard this hotel has. The breakfast was really lovely. Most of all the staff were so helpful. My only problem was that...

This hotel is another great old building in central Cusco that has been transformed. The interior is excellent, well finished with open courtyards and wonderful little dinning room for breakfast. Food was excellent. Only 2 levels here, and only stairs for access (I think!) so be aware of this. Staff were great, helpful & friendly. Room was lovely, clean and...

We thoroughly enjoyed staying here before and after doing the Salkantay Trek. It was quiet, clean, close to laundry facilities, and definitely felt more Peruvian than western, which we wanted. The airport pick-up, breakfast, tea, wifi, and business center (for printing out boarding passes) all helped make it stand out. They did a great job making us feel welcome, communicated...

Excellent service - staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. Rooms were clean, beds were amazingly comfortable. The hotel also has a small outdoor library, which made the place feel incredibly homely. Would strongly recommend this to anyone who prioritises comfort and great value for money
