We stayed here on two occasions, 3 nights in total. The second time we had a larger room which was nicer. comfortable, clean rooms, good breakfast. Like all CA Classic it needs to work on its insulation (noise can be disturbing if you are not tired enough to be able to ignore it). Staff is extremely helpful and nice.

Most staff friendly & very helpful. Asked for electric convertor & one provided along with extra towels. Breakfast buffet plain, no surprises. Quaint upper floor rooms. Coca tea always available in lobby. Bell hops very helpful. Hallway traffic can be noisy early AM with departures & arrivals. Front street one way street always busy. Cover nose & mouth with scarf...

I went to Cuzco for 4 days staying 2 nights in Cuzco(Casa Andina Classic Koricancha) and 1 night at the Casa Andina Private Collection - Valle Sagrado. In general the service I got from Casa Andina was great. The location of the Koricancha hotel in Cuzco is very helpful (not so close to the main square, but not so far...

The hotel was our home away from home between May 13 and 26, 2011, in the middle of which we went off for four days to see Machu Picchu and the Sacred Valley. This member of the Casa Andina chain has the same good and bad qualities of the other hotels in the group. Specifically, there is no free potable...

Dear Guest, We cannot be more grateful for your positive comments regarding your experience at Casa Andina Classic Koricancha. Our Classic brand does not include complementary bottled water in the room as our Private Collection hotels do. However, please have no doubt that your suggestions will be sincerely taken into account. We should mention that we offer laundry service at...

Nice hotel within easy walking distance of Plaza de Armas, Qorikancha, etc. Sound insulation is not great, but rooms are clean and comfortable. Breakfast buffet was very good - certainly better than in our more expensive hotel in Aguas Calientes (Machu Picchu town). Staff was very friendly, almost all spoke very good English.

The hotel is well located, two blocks from Plaza de Armas, clean, good breakfast, and the staff was very kind: Fernando, Wilfredo, Elvis and Jose, they were incledible.

Casa Andina was very nice. The staff bends over backwards to make your stay comfortable. Very good location. Nice breakfast. Loved that they had tea constantly available in the lobby

The hotel was comfortable, along with free wifi in the lobby and the hotel rooms. The location of the hotel is close to the main square and the staff were very helpful. We spent 4 nights there and enjoyed every single moment.

My husband and I stayed three nights at the Casa Andina Koricancha as part of a trip to Machu Picchu. Our room was off the courtyard but it was very dark and dingy, the bed was small, the furnishings basic and the bathroom was awful. It was difficult to sleep because there was no sound insulation at all and we...

Dear Guest, We honestly regret the poor perception you got from our Casa Andina Classic Koricancha. At Casa Andina, we do not use stars to rate our hotels. However, we always work hard to guarantee our guest a comfortable bed, a warm shower and a good breakfast when staying in our Classic brand. Please accept our most sincere apologies if...
