Great hotel in a great location. Walkable to most sights within Cusco, including the Temple of the Sun and the main squares. Staff is very helpful, Washington in particular gets the nod for handling the bags and information at check in and check out. Dining room and bar on site, and there is an interior courtyard with tables, chairs, umbrellas...

Benji, Daniel--the whole staff were very friendly. No language issues at the front desk. Just great. Stayed in 303 (huge) for 2 nights and 1 in 207 (still big). Breakfast was alright. Cutlery, glassware and plates at the proper stations needs a bit of work. The location is fantastic--literally right in the centre of town; however, so is the traffic....

The staff at the Casa Andina Private Collection were wonderfully attentive and welcoming. The hacienda built in 1599 was beautifully restored. The rooms could be a bit noisy when late comers returned home. The proximity to the main square was great.

Stayed two night here. Really wished we had not. The hotel was convenient for walking around so it has that going for it. The construction is very old and everything is loud in the rooms. Someone in the hotel flushes and you hear it. Someone walks down the hall (usually talking at 3 in the morning) and they sound like...

It is still possible to be treated like a king in a hotel!!! Casa Andina does this with grace and style, it doesn't feel fake like other places. The whole experience made me feel like Poirot on an overseas vacation but without the murder! #lovecasaandina

Casa Andina Privacy Collection was the best accommodation we experienced in our month in Peru. Built on a 1599 hacienda built by Spanish rulers on top of Inca ruins makes this hotel unique and worthy of anyone's interest in Cusco and it's magical history. The staff make this place a five star destination and the lengths they went to, to...

We stayed here for two nights. The public area is very charming, but our room was rather dim and simply designed and ok, but nothing special. We found nice amenities in bathroom and a watercooker with teas and coffee, and the bed was also quite comfortable. Service was quite good; they even rang our tour operator when he was late...

I spent 4 days in this hotel with my wife and son. The service was excellent, as well as the staff. The location is perfect and there are very good restaurants close by. This has been my fourth time in Cusco and this has been my favorite hotel.

Stayed at Casa Andina Private Collection, Cuzco in December 2016. Beautiful hotel, ample rooms and patios, magnificent woodwork, and a great breakfast buffet. Wi-Fi service needs improvement though. Complimentary service in the common areas is slow. Charge for Wi-Fi in rooms is a bit high. Overall yes, would definitely return. Benji, Jianira & Juan Carlos were great assisting al our...
