Our family of 2 adults and 4 kids thought this was a beautiful old house. We particularly enjoyed having breakfast in the courtyard. Our rooms were not on the same floor and the one on the ground floor was a bit dark and gloomy but the beds were comfortable and the staff helpful. We had drinks and snacks at the...

As I said, the quality of staff, friendliness and professionality was perfect. Bed very comfortable, Pisco sour very good, variety of food which was tasty and light. Some smaller desserts maybe. One suggestion: check wall-sockets which become loose, as so many people use them to charge electronic devices and Phones.

I would recommend this hotel as it had great service and is located downtown in Cusco giving accessibility to main square and tourist sites. The beds are very comfortable with several pillows to choose from.

Great hotel, in a perfect location within walking distance to main square and other sights. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. They stored our bags while we did the Inca Trail. Nice courtyard. Good breakfast included in the stay.

Nice hotel but.. the furniture and room anenities came into age and you can see that. There is no aircon in the room and also there is a time limit for free internet. All in all to expensive. I would nit book it again, there are better options

Beautiful hotel in a good location for history and within walking distance of the main square. It is an old spanish house with rooms off the inner courtyard. This made the rooms rather gloomy as the only window was onto the corridor and if the blinds were opened there was only a mesh between you and the outside corridor. The lights...

Within easy walking distance of the main square in Cusco. Very friendly staff. Luxurious amenities with soft bed linens in an old character building. Free coca tea to fight the dreaded sorojchi. Many different rooms, lounges, bar, breakfast room, all with local artworks. Everything tastefully decorated in warm colours. I would definitely stay here again. They allowed us to leave...

We stayed in this hotel in August 2016. The location was good, and the staff was awesome. Our stay was very comfortable. The restaurant inside the hotel was a great fallback option for dinner, which we used several times.

Hotel is In a great location in the historical area. I have stayed at this chain before and the only downfall at this location is the carpet/ room looks a little run down. Not too bad, but a simple carpet change would do wonders. Hot water took a good 8 minutes to get going. But over all for the two...

Wonderful staff, friendly, helpful at every point. Benji & Cintya were especially helpful. Lovely rooms, a comfortable lobby with a wood burning fireplace in the evenings to ward off the chill. Nice breakfast buffet, tasty dinner. We ate sandwiches in the lobby, served from the bar on our last day. The staff make you feel like you are in their...
