Really wonderful place and central to everything, only 10 minute walk to the town centre. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Out side most room's you have a beautiful courtyard, nice to relax with a book or just for some quite time. My stay here was a pleasant one. So pleasant I returned a few week later. The restaurant serves...

We felt welcome from the start. Every staff member we encountered had a smile on their face and a friendly welcome; during our stay we had many great recommendations from different staff about things to do and see - even reminders to take rain jackets or wear sunscreen ! The hotel is nicely decorated with beautiful courtyards for relaxing. Our...

While the property is very nice, the staff is what makes this hotel so great. Everyone greeted us with a smile and they seemed to genuinely enjoy working there. The hotel itself is very nice with a great location. The included breakfast buffet was very good with a nice variety of items. Our room was nicely furnished, clean and comfortable....

My wife and I spent 3 nights at this hotel in early June, 2014. Excellent facility and service. When we arrived home we discovered that my wife's card wallet wasn't packed in her luggage as we expected. It's a very thin wallet, and on reflection we decided we may have left it in the room safe. I called the hotel...

Luxurious hotel with some services to be improved. In general, the hotel is very nice, and comfortable, but the rooms are quite dark. The hotel do not provide courtesy water to the guests, instead they sell it at a very expensive price for peruvian standards (5 soles for a 500 ml bottle if water). Wifi connection is good. The breakfast...

This hotel was well situated in the centre of Cusco and the dining room, bar and courtyards were lovely. However, the bedroom was disappointing as it was too small and somehwat tired looking. Also the only ventilation was a window onto a corridor which made the room quite dark. Like all Casa Andina hotels there were no bottles of water...

We loved this hotel. Like many other travelers, we stayed here for two nights- 1 on our way to MP and one on our way back. We were upgraded to Suites both times and they offer a luggage hold service so you don't have to take all your belongings up to MP. The two different suites we stayed at opened...

We were pleasantly surprised with this lovely hotel situated close to the main square in Cusco. From the reviews I read on Tripadvisor, I got the impression that the hotel was 'tired' and noisy. This was not at all our experience and we very much enjoyed our stay. The hotel is a beautiful stone construction with several interior courtyards. Our...
