We stayed in this hotel for two nights in May of 2013. I can't say enough about it! For starters Casa Andina did an amazing job at keeping history alive with this hotel. The rooms could use a little more updating in my opinion but I'm sure they are limited in what they can do if they also want to...

The hotel property is beautiful and the staff were most helpful at all times with any problem we had or service we needed. Cusco is a beautiful city. It made us happy being there. We would highly recommend it to everyone who wants to visit Latin America. We used Cusco as a base for going to the Valle Sagrado and...

This hotel was a very nice option for Cusco. The staff was lovely and the rooms were nice, spacious, and very clean. It is a bit of a generic hotel, but we had absolutely no complaints. And the breakfast is fantastic!

I loved Cusco and this hotel really helped. It's rambling, covering several buildings, but well-marked. It's chilly to walk around at night when it's freezing out, but the rooms were warm. The beds were really comfortable. Some of the rooms are huge. The hotel has a nice bar and very good breakfast. It's in a great location close to the...

In a city with many hotel options, what sets the Casa Andina Private Collection apart from the rest would most definitely be the staff. From the front desk to the restaurant, everybody who works there could not be more pleasant and accommodating. I unfortunately had a bout of altitude sickness but the response from everyone was exceptional; they could not...

This is a friendly well managed property supported with a can do staff. The lobby, bar, dining and social areas are a bit small but with the beautiful decorations and fresh flowers everywhere it brings intimacy to the place. Getting/finding your room can be challenging as the layout is peculiar. There are at least eight courtyards in the hotel and...

We were based in this hotel for 4 nights while we visited Cusco and Macchu Picchu. We cannot recommend this hotel enough. The hotel itself is beautiful - old building, huge rooms, lovely courtyard, beautiful period furniture and large urns of flowers everywhere. The staff were lovely - nothing was too much trouble and everyone was very kind and polite....

I emailed Casa Andina several times leading up to our trip to ask questions, get recommendations etc and they were very responsive and helpful every time. They have airport transportation available for a reasonable cost. They will meet you when you arrive at the airport and take you to their comfortable sitting area until the van is ready (we only...

Nice rooms and lobby. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The recepcionist Maria was very helpful. Loved it. When we arrived they welcomed us by carrying our bags and giving us hot coca tea! The paperwork was a breeze! We stayed for a week and every day we came in for the night the room was brand new and...
