Good location for visiting Cusco's historic attractions and museums. Good breakfast. Laundry service by the kilo for a reasonable price so your clothes can be cleaned while you play. A little noisy from street noise and from guests who do not realize that you can hear them in your room when they are gathering in the common area.

Horrible. I cancelled my booking two weeks before arrival date. They charged my card and did not reply me when I asked about it. This is not right. This is fraud. It has been almost a week. I'm gonna have a hard time explaining to my credit card company. Come on!

This hotel has a crazy check out time of 9am, another bad thing is their bathroom, if you flush the toilet, you can not wash ur hand as no water coming out of the faucet, terrible! Shower is more on the hot side, not enough cold water to balance it. Location wise is good, administration side is more on wanting... More

Very clean and organised hotel. Smallish rooms but very comfortable and tastefully decorated. Cleaned daily. Wifi was good, 12soles for buffet breakfast, tasty and enough. They let us have the room for the day till 8pm for half price while we waited for our night bus. Very happy with this hotel and price.

We stayed here for two nights before starting the Salkantay Trek and we really enjoyed it! There were four of us, so we were able to secure a private room with four beds and a private bath. All of the linens were very clean, great community spaces all throughout the establishment, delicious breakfasts (amazing coffee!), and self serve coca tea... More

The hotel was clean, and the breakfast was good. However, we thought we booked a room for four nights, and it turns out that, due to a clerical error, our room was double booked. We arrived back to the hotel late the last evening to find out that we did not have a room, and our things were in storage.... More

I stayed here for 4 nights in an ensuite room located in level 1 of a 2 levels premise. It is well located with a short distance from the main Plaza. The breakfast was fabulous and staff was helpful. The room was cleaned daily. All rooms face inward into a small courtyard common area where it got noise when guests... More

We booked a room here for 3 nights after a trek to Machu Picchu. The location of the hostel is great, but that's where the good news of this review ends. The room was ok - Run down, and outdated but relatively clean. we weren't expecting 5 star. The bed was rock hard and the walls and ceiling paper thin.... More

My daughter and two friends stayed here for a total of six nights. It's an easy walk to the Plaza De Arms and restaurants. It's a small two story hotel with the rooms circling a sitting area. We ended up using this as our base, returning twice after an Amazon tour and Machu Picchu trip. The hotel was happy for... More
