With its stylish contemporary design, cutting-edge technology and ideal location, the flagship Casa Andina Premium Miraflores hotel is the top of its class in every aspect. Once the Miraflores Cesar's, Lima’s fondly remembered, original five-star hotel, this modern icon was dramatically transformed in 2008 into the capital’s newest luxury hotel. Its quintessential Limeno flavor reverberates in the exquisite art collection of contemporary local artists and prized colonial-era antiques, in both public spaces and accommodations. The 17-story hotel, with views over Miraflores and the Pacific coast, offers 148 sophisticated, contemporary luxury rooms and suites, with soundproofing and LCD flatscreen TVs in every room. First-class amenities include a heated, covered pool and breezy terrace, gymnasium with the latest exercise equipment, prestigious Joop salon & massage room, business center, and 5 multimedia-equipped corporate event & meeting rooms.

The beds are incredible, but the room was very small, like it was designed for only one person. This was a room that had a queen bed and no bidet (which I realize is not common in Peru). The amenities in room were lovely, like water and toiletries, however we were only given one new water per day (there are two of us) and the water is NOT potable. The breakfast was truly a masterpiece with good local coffee and American as well as Peruvian and other South American foods. They have everything you imagine EXCEPT real maple syrup. It was artificial, so just don't choose that..there are plenty of other local and delicious things like elderberry jam (mermelada de sauco).
The room was very ecofriendly with automatic lights and we very much appreciated the cleanliness. They are very generous with the in-room amenities and the mini fridge has plenty of snacks if you arrive hungry (for purchase, of course). The slippers are a very nice touch and were very loved. I am actually wearing them at the moment. There is a 24 hour gym and water bubbler since you cannot drink water from the tap.
As for the spa, it was overpriced and there is no jacuzzi or outdoor pool. I had read there was, so I was extremely disappointed. Also, you cannot turn on the steam room or sauna yourself: you need a staff member. That is quite annoying and time consuming as no one is around and they take 30 minutes to warm up.
What really made our stay was the lovely staff. The limeños and peruanos attending the hotel were absolutely the friendliest and so helpful (except for once that they wouldn't bring us a complimentary item to our room and we had to go down and get it and we were received with a dirty look). Other than that, the waitstaff at the restaurant (and the incredible barman) and the bellhops were the most darling and kind people. We are so appreciative of these kind people and thankful we could have good conversations and get to know them a bit. Especially to the barman and bellhop Josué, thank you so much for being incredible!
I do have to mention that it was incredibly hot in Lima and the uniforms they had to wear must be unbearable. Consider changing policy on that since they are very heavy winter material and not suitable for a Limeño summer.
If I were to stay again I would definitely book a room with a king bed and in room jacuzzi, although it's more expensive I think it would make this hotel more worth it. Thank you casa andina for a wonderful experience at your hotel!

The Casa Andina Premium in Miraflores, Lma, was new to me,but believe me it is a lovely clean hotel set in a quiet location with easy access to the everything else going on in the area. My room was clean well lit with a very comfortable bed and provided everything that I could have wished for including a great bathroom, shower, soaps, shampoos ad nice soft towels and of course plenty of hot water. My room was on the 15th floor and was quiet with no noise disturbance from outside my room. The elevators worked very well and the breakfast buffet had a good selection of everything, except English Breakfast Tea which I have mentioned to the hotel. The Lobby are is a very welcoming space to sit while waiting for people coming to see me. The bar is very pleasant and ladies amd gents washrooms are close at hand. I did not eat lunch or dinner at the hotel, but in my judgement this is one of the best hotels I have stayed at.

Stayed here a few times (3) during my stay in Lima. I was on a tour, but stayed 4 nights on my own pre tour start. I had a beautiful room, large, nice bed, double paned windows with ceramic deity’s embedded in sand. Very nice room, and AC worked great. That’s very very very important to me because I like my room icy cool. Bed was great, there are slippers and robes. Very reasonably priced snacks in your room, but no need to buy them, since there are a couple of small market stores ( like 7/11) right outside lobby door that are way cheaper. There are 2 small bottles of water in you bathroom for your use, but you will need to buy more for drinking. There is a small fridge in your room as well.

It’s just a few blocks from Kennedy park, 15 minute walk to the mall Larcomar, and many many restaurants in the area. El Chinito, a good place for an excellent pork sandwich is close as is La Lucha, another good place for sandwiches. Maido, which has an excellent tasting menu is walking distance as well. Markets are close by. Very central location for exploring Miraflores.

Check in is at 2, and I think check out was at noon. So after my 4 days, I had to check out of this large room, to check back in for 2 nights with my tour…good god, what a difference booking my own room vs. what my tour booked for me! Not hotel’s fault and really not a problem, cuz I would only be there for 2 more nights. Since I was solo on this tour I was booked into the smallest room ever.. like Europe single room small. Ah well, still you get slippers, robes and a small fridge.

On my way home from Lima to Los Angeles (3rd stay) I stayed just a few hours in room before my flight home. Medium sized room, AC not so good, but since I didn’t have to sleep here it didn’t care!

Breakfast was included in all my days there, and oh boy, what a nice breakfast! Yogurts, cereals, meats cheeses, breads etc etc etc, really lovely buffet

But I really need to mention the bar. Angel, your new best friend at the bar, is the best bartender ever,! Makes the best drinks, keeps your banana chips bowl full and always checks to make sure you are doing OK. And as honest as the day is long. Someone on our tour took out cash ( a large sum) and left said cash in an envelope at the bar. We were so worried but I had faith that if Angel found this envelope, this person would get it back. And of course you know the ending to this story, Angel found the envelope and returned it back. Angel, really does live up to his name. If I’m ever back in Lima, I will for certain stay here again and will always recommend to anyone who is going to be in Lima.

Centrally located near Kennedy Park. The rooms are modern. The breakfast vast and delicious, including fresh fruit, fruit juices, and meat choices, etc...
Staff is very professional and attentive to your needs.
The rooms could use some sound-proofing, but if you go out and experience Peru, you'll come back tired enough to get a good night sleep!

The pool is in the third floor and its location is great
CLEAN CLEAN CLEAN
I wish they had people watching the pool through their cameras because there are kids in there and it is kind of scary that nobody is around and parents on cell phones. Please Hotel Andina if you are reading this review, please be on the alert when kids are in the pool. Thank you!

I was thoroughly impressed with the high level of service and cleanliness of Casa Andina Premium!
Hotel staff always had a smile on their faces and greeted you at any interaction within the hotel. The Front Desk staff (particularly night shift employees) were extremely helpful with tips, information and suggestions to restaurants and points of interest in Lima...thank you!
Excellent breakfast buffet with a wonderful selection of food. It did not disappoint.
You also have the option to choose breakfast items (no charge) off a small menu (eggs benedict, omelettes, etc).
This hotel is perfectly located in Miraflores....3 blocks away from Kennedy Park, countless restaurant options around the area and approx 15 min walking distance from Lover’s Park and Lima’s beautiful Malecón with cliff side views of the ocean.
This is one of the best hotels that I have stayed while on vacation.

The hotel had a new year's eve dinner for US$ 34 per person, but it only included turkey, wich we turned down. Security protocols against covid-19 were implemeted. This includes no breakfast buffet, instead people had to order it in advance with limited options. People allowed in the pool at the same time was 7 and 2 for the gym. Room service was implemented and worked properly. Personel capacity of the restaurant was limited so expect long time for food to be served.

A great hotel in the heart of Miraflores. You can literally walk to some of the many great restaurants near by, although the food and breakfast at Casa Andina are delicious!
Great hotel for the money you pay. The hotel also offers a taxi system so you can literally go anywhere in Lima or to the airport with a safe company.

The hotel is located in a good location, close to restaurants, shopping stores, Kennedy Park, walking distance to Larcomar. The staffs friendly and professional. The breakfast has variety options and delicious. Our room is big and clean, except for the internet. At night, the internet in our room was disconnect many times. The pool is an indoor pool, temperature of the water is perfect.

I have stayed at the Casa Andina Premium Miraflores and (unfortuantely) at the Casa Andina Select Miraflores. The difference is the ambience was huge. I stayed in the Matrimonial Suite and paid about $160 USD. It was a wonderful stay; the suite has a really spacious anteroom for entertainment with a huge and comfortable King sized bed. The desk service was excellent, I had a delicious meal at the bar and the breakfast buffet was much more than I (or anyone else) would need to be happy. In contrast, the Select had a room without a comfortable place to sit and a small breakfast area with limited options (although still good enough for someone like me); there was a bus of tourists on their way to Macchu Picchu and the lines to make toast or pour orange juice were a bit tiresome.
I recommend the Premium (but not the Select).

It is not the Ritz Carlton, but it was lovely.
