We booked the loft room which came with a bunk bed for the two children (could easily fit teenagers) and a decent sized double bed. The room is not huge but clever design makes it liveable for four people. There are some drinks in the minibar which are free and a coffee machine. Good wifi and a decent location in Mireflores, we walked to the coast and were able to visit some good restaurants in the area. The staff were all friendly and helpful in.
The pool is heated (reasonably well) and there is a nice bar area on the roof. This would probably be nicer in warmer temperatures.

The hotel is elegant yet modern, fun, comfortable and in a great location. It’s impeccably clean and has wonderful amenities and an excellent staff. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and filled with special touches. The complimentary breakfast is delicious and has many wonderful choices. Dinner at the restaurant was marvelous, as were drinks at the rooftop bar. Parking and high speed internet are complimentary. The hotel is located in the heart of beautiful Miraflores, and is surrounded by nice restaurants, cafes, retail shops, a cinema, a beautiful park and a church. A great big thank you to Cesar Navarro, General Manager, to Gustavo Neyra, to Hanna at Reception and to Justin in the dining room, as well as to the entire staff for making our stay memorable and simply exceptional in every way! ❤️

An excellent hotel in a good area of Lima. Our room was on a higher floor so we didn’t experience any road traffic noise. We had a large room and the bathroom was of a good size with a powerful shower. The restaurant on times was very busy but the staff replenished the buffet breakfast when required. Our evening meal was also very good. The rooftop bar was very welcome at sunset but we did find it closed rather early. All staff were pleasant and attentive especially the reception staff who helped us when trying to contact our airline company.
Thank you for the complementary nibbles and cake delivered to our room to celebrate our wedding anniversary.

I stayed there in August 2019 and I was impressed by the cleanliness of its rooms and hallways, for that reason I returned this time in May 2024. My disappointment was absolute. They went from good to worse. When I got out of the elevator to go to my room, the hallway smelled like sewage. When I entered the room it didn't smell good, probably the smell from the hallway filtered into the rooms. The bathroom shower had mold on the walls. We arrived on May 16 in the afternoon, the next day I dedicated myself to looking for another hotel to stay at. On May 19, my wife and I left this hotel at noon. It is sad to see what this hotel has become due to the lack of maintenance. I do not plan to return to this hotel, because they did not fulfill what they promise on their website

We stayed at the INNSide by Melia for a local wedding. The staff was especially friendly and helpful, assisting us with finding local tours to take of Lima. The facilities were top notch, wonderful, varied breakfast, nice rooftop bar, clean, modern room with a comfortable bed. Our only issue with the room was the rain forest shower head. Lack of pressure makes it very difficult to wash your hair if you have long hair. My wife had to go to a hair stylist before the wedding to wash her hair because it would have taken her too long to wash it in the shower. A hand wand to accompany the rain forest shower head would be better.
