Nice little hotel in an fairly nice neighborhood. We got a double room with jacuzzi for $40, pretty good deal. I would say this hotel is right there in the border line with a hostel, but very clean, nice staff and breakfast included. Cable TV, an awesome jacuzzi, and very good water pressure in the shower. On the downside its very far away from the main turistic attractions. You have to take a cab to go everywhere. This hotel is located in the district of San Borja a residential neighborhood. If you want to be in a walking distance to turistic attractions stay in a hotel in the Miraflores district. If you go to Lima for business this can be a good option too, because in near to San Isidro the financial district.

Small but rather sympathetic hotel for basic accommodation. Staff very friendly and cooperative. Food is not the hotel strong point but there are pleanty of small restaurants in the nearby streets. Hotel price competitive in relation to facilities and service. For those in a business trip the nearby Britannia Hotel will better suits their work related accommodation needs.

I have been staying at this hotel off and on for years on my arrival through Los Angeles. I always find great customer service and clean rooms and the rest and quiet i need after a long flight. In the morning they offer a free continental breakfast and found to be a very nice stay every single time. I highly recommend this place. They are honest, even when you leave items of value in your room. Is located in area where transportation is easy to find. Hope to see them soon.

I stayed again in this hotel after about a year and is has turned to the worst. I got a room that smelled like tobacco, so I asked to change rooms, which they did after an hour waiting. The second room smelled like they sprayed a whole can of air freshener to cover up the cigarette smell, but since it was late we stayed. The sheets were not clean, there was hair in the pillow case, and they never registered the room Exchange so they gave it to someone else, who entered the room in the middle of the night. You can pay by the hour, so its a hot spot for young couples to go and,... well.. the walls are not soundproof!

This is a hotel we have stayed at two times. Both times, we had to wait on our rooms to be cleaned...this last time for 7 hours. The had actually rented our suite for the day prior to our 2pm check in time without contacting us! We arrived at 1 and were told we could check in at 7pm. We returned at 7pm and the room was still not "ready." We finall got in our room at 8pm and were told we'd need to pay for the whole day. We were not given any distount, even when we asked. Service was poor and we have learned out lesson. We will not use this hotel again.

Spent over 30 days in Hotel Las Lomas, this summer for the Pan American Games, rooms we're small however, very clean with a nice modern bathroom. There is some street noise, but certainly tolerable. Small hotel restaurant is quite good, and serves 24 hrs/day. Really enjoyed my stay.

Check in and arrival to this hotel was simple, staff knew good English and were very friendly. However the hotel it’s self needs some TLC. Our rooms had random bits of paint on the wall and felt like too much furniture in one room, I must say the bath was amazing however don’t expect the nice curls spa bath you see in the photos so slightly disappointed, if you close the window be prepared for your bathroom to smell like sewers from the drains, also mid shower the hot water decided to stop working and I had to stop washing my hair while maintenance had to fix the water.
Breakfast was a little disjointed, eggs with bread was all that was on the menu basically with juice no menu for you to choose or Buffett style.

Arrived fairly late after landing in Lima, but the hotel restaurant still was open with a limited menu, which was great for us after a long day of travel.
The rooms are small, but they are very clean and nice.
Overall it is a nice hotel with very friendly and accommodating staff, in a lovely part of San Borja.
I will stay again!

They have a nice central location a short cab ride from shopping at the Jockey Center or in Miraflores. The food in the hotel restaurant was good and simple. The rooms are nice and clean. I would stay there again.

"Double check checkin agreements but don't be surprised if they do not keep their word. If they an opportunity to make money renting the room for the afternoon, you've rented at 2pm, they will....they DID! Don't expect any discout or consideration for being duped. Were trying to stay here to be close to a meeting...but it is really not close to any other tourist place. VERY noisy traffic sounds all night."
