Communication with the hotel via email in the days leading up to my stay was great and despite arriving late in the evening the check in process was welcoming and efficient. It’s quite a lively lobby area, with an open plan bar and plenty of seating throughout. There’s a good number of lifts which serve all the floors quickly, despite the hotel being very busy throughout my stay.
My room was on the sixth floor with views over the courtyard and swimming pool below. This kept the room silent throughout all hours of the day and I couldn’t hear anything from the adjacent rooms either. It was very spacious with plenty of storage and I can’t imagine it feeling claustrophobic even after a really long stay. Electric sockets were available at one side of the bed, although it was annoying they were quite high up the wall. Lighting was good with switches at both sides of the bed, along with an alarm clock and iPhone compatibility for playing music. TV was a good size with a decent number of channels and a bottle of complimentary water was provided. It was disappointing that there was no kettle or hot drink facilities, plus no guide to the hotel services, room service etc. It was also a shame for the mini bar to only be stocked with a couple of bottles of water, despite there being a price list for a range of other drinks.
The bathroom was also a good size and spotlessly clean. The shower was above the bath and worked well, although the toiletries were in very small bottles. Towels were decent and hairdryer, gowns etc were all provided. Overall the room was comfortable for a week’s stay and the silent nature made it relaxing.
Breakfast was a busy affair but the large range of dishes available across the buffet were kept stocked well. It was nice for some of the items to change day to day, preventing it becoming too boring. There’s a small number of tables outside in the courtyard too which is great.
The restaurant serves food at all other times of the day including late into the evening. There’s a good range of items on the menu whether you’re wanting a full meal or a lighter bite and presentation of each is wonderful. A bit more could be made of the outdoor bar area perhaps, instead you have to get the attention of waiting staff inside, but otherwise it’s a nice space to relax in. The outdoor pool remained quiet throughout my stay but there’s a decent number of loungers surrounding it and was a good size.
I’d certainly consider staying here again and it offered good value in a quiet area of the city.

Excellent!!! At so many levels First: customer service is outstanding and honestly this is surpassed North America (specifically Canada). Friendly, professional and accommodating. They got us the room early -1:00 pm with special thank you to Diana who helped us with that and with late check out at 2:00 as our flight is quite late (11 pm). Room are contemporary, clean and spacious (Pullman became our favourite hotel chain). Once cute note: they had small bathrobe for our 5 years old 😍 We just arrived to this location and will update my review to reflect the area experience.

Excellent stay on my visit to Peru. The reception team is very attentive and friendly, especially Flae who took the time and kindness to share with me her knowledge about Pisco and its delicacies. If you email the hotel they will arrange for a car for you at the airport and the charge will be put on your room. If I remember correctly it is about $25USD. Once you arrive at the airport in Lima you will go through immigration and then a security scanning area of luggage. As soon as you exit this area (but before you enter into the main part of the airport) there will be a hall with car services. The hotel uses a company that is located here. When I used the service it was nice Mercedes sedans and safe, convenient transportation. I would highly recommend this option, especially when you are arriving at midnight.
DO NOT leave the airport and just jump in a cab, as we do in North America. As well, while in Lima DO NOT grab a cab on the street. Always make sure the hotel as arranged transportation for you.
