The Location of this hotel is walking distance to the Larco Mar cliffside shopping center and beautiful sunsets and wave watching and Miraflores shops and restaurants. The design of the hotel is unique and visually very appealing.
A note of sincere appreciation for the Pullman front desk management and staff who were attentive and always willing to help when asked. It is always about the details for me: Little things such as I asked them to call taxis for me as I did not have a local landline and felt more comfortable with a secure taxi which they always accommodated me. Offering to store an oversized package in a storage closet to keep it safe.
I booked Monday to Saturday and stayed an extra night when Toronto airport was closed due to a huge snow storm and was happy for this extra night. I enjoyed the pool area a couple times which is cozy .
My only recommendation and expectation of any 5 star hotel? Always communicate with your guests know if one of your amenities is not available.The gym was closed, which could be a big deal if you do daily work outs and book a hotel that only has a gym. I must add though that there was no noise or disruption to me at all in anyway and they were able to mask this work without any inconvenience to me as a guest. However, I like to do Yoga in a big space and was disappointed that I was not able to do my personal daily routine in a bigger space then a hotel room. Not a dealbreakfer for me but communication is always key.
A special thank you to the housekeeping staff . In a post covid world, remember to leave a tip always.
I was also never able to enjoy the breakfast buffet offered. I acknowledge that I arrived late one morning...7 minutes late. The buffet was being taken down but there was still quite alot of food laid out on one big table. There was enough time to have allowed me to grab a plate. I was directly told by the hostess in the restaurant that morning that no, sorry it closed at 10:30am. (& even though it was only 10:37) it was too late. She did not offer an alternative breakfast option for me which I was willing to pay for. I do understand that it was late but if a client is in front of you, in your dining room ,offer an alternative that works for everyone that is reasonable. I would have gladly taken any suggestion offered & paid for breakfast. I ended up going to another hotel overlooking the ocean that had breakfast till 11am, arrived late ( but I was accommodated). That is my expectation a 5 star hotel- create a solution.
Would I return to the Pullman...absolutely yes .
I work in hospitality and appreciate the value of feedback where one can learn and progress and improve. These are two little suggestions that would have lasting impact if applied to all areas of the hotel. Communication and Create Solutions for your guests, that is what hospitality is about.

Excellent hotel. Love that it is central in the city and that it has everything in short distance. The breakfast is delicious and very complete and the team is always very friendly. After a week, Luis from the breakfast already recognized me was super proactive to help any time I needed. Similarly the bar upstairs has a great vibe and the whole team led by Caroline is always eager to help. Kudos to Luigi for the special attention in the service .
Finally, the attention to detail of Christian Yactayo in housekeeping leaving my room always pristine and in order made me feel at home.
Definitely recommend Pullman Miraflores for business of visiting with friends . Second time and counting

We keep a very pleasant memory of our week-long stay in this hotel, located 2 blocks from Larcomar and in the middle of Larco Street, a commercial and gastronomic area, with a high standard in safety, comfort and gastronomy. The breakfasts are very filling, highlighting the almost brunch on Sunday, the day when the Buffet closes until 12 pm, from the usual 10:30 am. You can find salads, freshly squeezed juices in glass bottles; cupcakes, assorted pastries; variety of cheeses, breads; omelettes, poached eggs; cereals, yogurt; varied cold cuts, nuts, natural and compote fruits and loin or sautéed chicken. I would like to highlight the service of Yordano who, from the first day, took care to serve us, without even telling him, exactly what we like for breakfast. Same with the attention in our room from Benjamín and Cristián, on the 8th floor; They also pointed out those details that make the difference. The view of the rooftop bar and heated pool is very beautiful and ideal for taking panoramic photos. The gym on the third floor operates 24 hours a day and is in optimal condition with new equipment. In summary, I highly recommend registering as an Accor member; They recognize and reward loyalty with the chain, with amenities such as late or early check in; room upgrade and exclusive discounts for members. This is surly a Lima gem. Service and customer service are top tier. On arrival, as we walked into are room the porter said this room is not right and told us to wait a minute. Within a few minutes, less than five, someone else was in the hall with a new set of keys to an adjacent room. It had been a long day traveling but this blip correction was so fast, we had no time to understand what had just happened. Room switch and then a voucher for a pair of cocktails that night in the rooftop bar.
The rooms are ample, and they supply you with a bottle of water each day. The breakfast is amazing with fresh pancakes, omelets, French toast cooked to order. A bagel bar, fruit area, cheeses galore, detox beverages (green is amazing). Local fresh fruits, yogurts....well you get the picture...service is top notch.
Linens are good and towels are thick and thirsty. Manufactured by a women's owned Peruvian company Pluma's.
One small glitch though is if you are in a higher roof (14-15) the music that goes until 1 a.m.ish can disturb your sleep. Might ask for a lower room.

I traveled to Lima after work on the 27th of April from DCA and arrived on the 28th. The hotel has a modern vibe and I had booked the junior suite with king sized bed and living room area which can be closed off with 2 sliding pocket doors. There is a half bath as you enter the suite and a full sized bath with shower next to the bedroom. I stayed on the 13th floor and it was not noisy at all! Also, the breakfast buffet is one of the nicest buffets that I’ve seen with an assortment of fresh squeezed juices, charcuterie boards, hot foods and pastries galore! The front desk agent also let me know that there are connecting rooms for families. The hotel is located in a very safe neighborhood and only 2 blocks from Larcomar shopping center on ocean cliffs. There is an amazing and delicious creperie called Beso Frances Creperia and coffee shop one block down on Avenida Larco. Finally, I’d like to give a thanks to Felipe in Housekeeping who helped me on some special requests!! The Pullman Lima Miraflores gets an A+ on customer service!!
