A Hotel located in one of the most beautiful residential areas of Lima next to the San Isidro golf course sincerely, what I liked most was its buffet the pastries are exquisite, natural juices, tamales chicharrones and very good coffee. I also liked the room Service , also the casino where some beautiful girls sang and cheered the night, a beautiful Hotel I did not find the dolphins tell me that they are no longer that they were in another time and for animal protection issues they took it away. A small observation was in the opening, in the window there is an opening own of the construction that lets filter the cold at night. Also the views are very beautiful however the glasses were a little dirty, which prevented me from taking pictures that would have been very nice very nice. We’ve traveled all over the world and have been to various 5* hotels but I wasn’t impressed with the delfines. I’ve eaten there many times before but this was our first stay. We had a problem with the registration of our family and had to wait whilst this was being resolved. The room given to us was not compared to a 5 star hotel, although it was comfortable and the bathroom has ceiling tiles like you were at an office environment. The flow of water and hot water is unreasonable. Our room included breakfast buffet, which was okay but I’m lactose intolerant and they didn’t have any milk to accommodate myself, which in itself says it all. I like to give room for errors but we were there for days and they didn’t have lactose free milk for the time we stayed. We also had access to the executive lounge on the 12th floor, which was nice, we had several snacks whilst watching the mid-elections. Overall for us there are better hotels and won’t better service than the delfines. I wouldn’t stay be enticed to stay there again unless things are changed furthermore there are plenty of hotels with better class of service and price for a 5* hotel.

El checkin expedito, las habitaciones amplias y muy limpias y un servicio de business lounge que nos sirve mejor que nuestras propias oficinas. Son muy atentas conmigo y mi jefe en todas nuestras estadías y en verdad nos ayudan bastante. Uno esperaría por el nivel de ese hotel un costo muy elevado, pero no, en los Delfines es un precio que calza con las políticas de gastos de las empresas y en verdad no puedo decir nada más que son los mejores. No vayan por las cadenas extranjeras, aquí tendrás todo mucho mejor.

We have organized events, important meetings, cocktail parties and their service is always incredible. The checkin process is always efficient, the rooms are large and very clean, the business center rivals our own offices, but the service really sets them apart. One would think that for all of this that the rates and pricing would be outrageous, bur they are actually super reasonable and fall within our company’s hotel rate policies, I really can’t say enough how great they are with us. It’s easy to think going to a foreign owned chain hotel would be better or easier, but don’t be fooled - this hotel is where you will have by far the highest level of service and best experience.
