My Dad, Uncle and I just recently stayed here before and after our Peru trip and had a really bad experience both times. - Fire Alarm would go off once an hour for 3 days straight - Ants in our food and juice - 3 of our rooms had broken shower handles - They ran out of hot water 2...

The best aspect of this lodging is that it is in a great location with easy access to Miraflores and to the Metro line that goes to the heart of Lima. The rooms are very simple, with beds that are not particularly comfortable and some bathrooms that are only slightly updated. There is no air-conditioning in the hotel, but each...

This was a cute looking hotel with friendly staff. The rooms are very basic in terms of amenities. You get soap and towels. It was fairly humid when we arrived and there was a weak fan in the room. The breakfast was okay. They serve bread butter jam fruit yogurt and a plain omelette. Our room was a king size...

This hotel is in a great area of Lima. It's basic, the rooms are clean and spacious. It's close to great restaurants. The staff was very helpful. Breakfast included buns, coffee, tea and juice. We had a great stay

I stayed in Hotel La Castellana during my GAdventures tour and I left a package behind in storage and left to come back to my home in Canada. I still wanted the souvenirs that I have purchased and left behind at the hotel. Jesus, at reception, found my package and sent me pictures to confirm we had the same item...

The Hotel Castellana is in a great spot in the Miraflores district. It was a 20 minute walk from both the beach and the main downtown area and the staff were able to recommend several good restaurants in the area. Breakfast was included in a very nice breakfast area and the courtyard in the middle is a very nice spot...

Stayed on a g adventures tour. Front desk staff had varying degrees of helpfulness. Rooms were totally fine, basic accomodation. One of my rooms had trouble giving me hot water, but my second room worked! No AC but decent overhead fan. Beds were fine. Loved the strong, Peruvian coffee each morning! Probably my highlight... Architecture of the building is very...

I didn't like this hotel. I stayed here twice before and after a G Adventure tour. The breakfast is pretty average, you need to pay extra to get anything more than bread and jam. I ate lunch in the hotel and it was borderline awful and left a bad taste in the mouth. My first room needed a bloody good...

This is a great little hotel and very well situated. Five minutes walk from the metro and shops, ten from the sea. The staff there could not have done enough to help us all and I thought that the standard of English was pretty good. Breakfast is egg plus continental style, not huge, but very nice. In addition, I rather...
