Our stay was part of our G adventure trip. Great location. We felt safe at all times. Continental breakfast not great for me. Bun, butter, jam and coffee. There is an option to order off menu. Personally I didn't care for their coffee but Starbucks is just around the corner. We stayed here 2 nights prior to our adventure and... More

Our stay was great. We stayed there for 2 nights altogether. Nice hotel and decent breakfast, nothing fancy but it did the trick. Great location, we were able to walk to all the sites we wanted to see in Miraflores

Good service with friendly and helpful people. I would recommend it to my friends if they will decide to visit Lima. About 20-25 min on taxi from Place de Armas and 30 min from Airport. Hotel is very clean.

This hotel was fine for 1 night, the rooms are very dated but clean. The breakfast was very basic. We were supposed to stay here after getting back from cusco however we arranged alternative accommodation. I wouldn't recommend for more than 1 night as it's very noisy

Stayed here for the start of my intrepid sacred land of the incas tour. Pretty average hotel. Staff were helpful enough but seemed a bit irritated when asked questions. Couldn't pick up any wifi in my first room, was told there was something wrong with my phone and iPad even though they worked fine in the lobby Clean tidy room... More

After the airline lost my luggage on the way to Lima, I was completely distraught and felt very lost since I didn't speak the language. Jeremiah, who worked the front desk at Hotel La Castellana the morning after my luggage disappeared, was more helpful than I could have ever imagined. Not only did he place numerous phone calls on my... More

Stayed here two nights before heading off on Inca Adventure with G Adventures. Arrived early evening after negotiating Lima rush hour - an experience in itself. Hotel is what you'd expect from a 3* - my room was fine, shower was good but room smelled a bit musty. The best thing at this hotel is the staff, especially the young... More

Your hotel was my first (30th July) and last (18th August) experience of Peruvian hospitality, and it was excellent. The rooms were roomy and comfortable, and every member of staff was very helpful and friendly - especially when my booked transport didn't arrive on 19th August and you kindly arranged a taxi for me. The breakfast was plentiful and excellent.... More

Me and my partner stayed here twice (with a trip to Cusco in between) Room was clean and of a good size, staff were friendly and very helpful; offering directions and arranging taxis for us. Would recommend this as a good base in Lima.

Well situated hotel. Big, confortable, clean rooms and located at a nice and safe neighbourhood. The staff is very friendly, helpful and polite. Unfortunately there is no lift and take this into consideration if you carry a lot of luggage. But you can ask somebody from the front desk to help you out and they will gladly serve you. There...
