Room wasn't clean at arrival. We asked for another room and the hotel was fully booked. We had to wait 1 hour and It was 16.00 pm . Service was really slow and we had to urge them many times to get our room ready in a reaonable time. Strongly disappointed

This is a great location. However the hotel is very old, rooms are dark, and if the room is on the street side, sleeping is impossible due to noise. Only the second floor is renovated. Staff is OK. AGAIN, THE LOCATION IS GREAT, AND VERY SAFE NEIGHBORHOOD, especially, if you are travelling alone..

I spent one night at this hotel. The room is extremely old and outdated. The pictures posted on the hotel website and on booking.com is an injustice. Its misleading. Outside the building looks ok but the room...oh my. The room is also small...if you are an English speaking guest, just dont turn on the TV, there is nothing there for you. Breakfast is basci. If you get a room facing the inner court yard, just dont bother with the window.

I didn't like carpets in the room, so i didn't like my room that much. Lima is very humid and the bathrooms have mold. The breakfast was limited and the terrace where it happened was opened, so it was cold there... I think our room had a soundproof window because we didn't hear noise from the streets.

Nice welcome, room was tired but very clean. Double bed very small for sharing! Breakfast not great but adequate. Remote controls for TV handed to you at reception, and the air con control is bolted to the wall! Fine for a stay but don’t expect too much.

If you want to be near the central area of Miraflores, this is a great location. Our room, two twin beds, clean, adequate bathroom, shower, soap, towels, adequate lighting, didn't use the wi-fi, oh my gosh! a real key, Not much security at front desk; okay staff. Elevator works. Decor reminds of old motel. Welcome afternoon drink, very nice inca cola. Breakfast just fine al fresco with a slight view of the neighborhood. Request a room in the back, NOT on La Paz Street. The night that we were there, street paving at 2am and noisy discos. Location of hotel is walking distance to Wong Supermarket, lots of shopping on Larco Street, the huge park with wild cats, the Britanic Museum and Theater and plenty of local restaurants.

Lovely, friendly pair of ladies on reception checked us in with a smile despite our poor Spanish. Generally everyone we met was very kind and polite. The room was perfectly fine, big enough for the pair of us be with good air conditioning. The breakfast buffet was nice and varied, served on the roof which was a pleasant way to start the day.

This hotel is ideally located near public transport and JFK park, 2 mins walk, its 3 mins to metro supermarket where has good tasting food at cheap prices, about half hour walk from Barranco district and 10 mis walk from the cliffs and coast, the pizza street is expensive, there are many cheaper food options nearby, Mercado 1 is about 20 mins walk away. The hotel rooms are clean and well kept, the reception staff is very helpful and English is spoken, breakfast is nothing fancy but its sufficient.
