I stayed here with a friend in November 2010. We actually stayed here twice when we were in Lima. Both rooms that we had were nice and the location of the hotel was very convenient. Lots of restaurants, including Astrid & Gaston, were nearby. It also only took maybe 15-20 minutes to walk to Larcomar shopping center. Through the hotel...

Great place, fantastic staff. We loved the gardens with water feature & charming room. Miraflores is lively & felt very safe. Wonderful restaurants & vibrant spot to explore. For Amy travel needs se keyobe travel which is just across the road, ask at reception. They are so fantastic with advice & so willing to help. Malena found us such great...

We chose the El Patio after having been let down at the last minute by another place. The hotel rooms are basic and a bit gloomy, although nice & clean. However, the location, in the heart of Miraflores, is great. Also the staff are very friendly and helpful. They have free wi-fi. There are lots of reataurants close by. Given...

This hotel has lots of charm. There are flowers and birds all over the place. It's very good value for money and the staff are great and very helpful. The rooms are basic but good. Ie, a tv, but it's old. A kitchenette with minimum equipment. The water pressure in Lima is low the water is hot. However the rooms...

Hostel El Patio Me and my wife stayed at Hotel El Patio at the beginning and end of June 2010 for our trip through Peru. Our first room was a comfortable matrimonial with a huge window looking into the central patio/court, Private bathroom, TV, and filtered and purified water. The second room we stayed at when we returned later in...

The courtyard, patio area is attractive enough and the location is good, near to Parque Kennedy and plenty of bars and restaurants. The 'standard' room we were allocated was cold and pretty basic. The glass in the windows frames looked as if they had been lifted from an old bookcase. It was also pretty dirty and one night we were...

I just came back from Peru a few days ago, and stayed at this dumpster for 2 nights. The location is excellent and don't get me wrong, the hostal as a whole looked pretty decent. I think the other rooms in this hostal were cleaner/presentable than the one we stayed at. Whatever you do, TRY NOT TO GET THE ROOM...

This hostal was in a great location - walking distance to a huge supermarket, and Larcomar. There were restaurants nearby, and we particularly like Las Tejas (opposite the hostal) which was lovely for dinner. Breakfast was included, but there were not many tables, so it did get full at times. Unlike many other places, this one did not have eggs,...

Eliana and Alvaro at the reception are super helpful and very friendly no matter how many people come through the door. Rooms are spacious but simple, yet the incredible staff will outweigh that in a minute. And don't get me wrong! I am happy with the rooms. But they are not Marriot rooms and I think that crowd needs to...

Clean rooms, good rates and nice breakfasts. Good location to explore the area, not far from the pyramid which is worth a look, and 15 minutes to the coast and a shopping complex. Also can catch a bus round the corner to Central Lima. Only downside was we had a bit of a leak in our bathroom.
