Friendly service, clean room and bathroom, though the water pressure (hot and cold water) was not so great. Complimentary breakfast is good for both business people and tourist. Convenient location with easy access to local resturants and shopping.

For such a small price you will get a great stay in a friendly, centrally located hotel. Rooms are only slightly dated but still a very fresh hotel. The staff are great, super helpful - even heated up some food we wanted to eat up in our room and made my husband take a seat while they looked after it....

Arrived at 7am and was able to have an early check in albeit having to pay for half a day extra which I suppose is standard practice. The staff were very friendly and location was great, just a minute walk down a little street to Parque Kennedy where there were a lot of restaurants and the main shopping street which...

The room were very comfortable and clean and the staff were wonderful, but it was sooo noisy! There is a night club right next to the hotel. It might be a better idea to stay at the back of the hotel and not on the side of the entrance.

This is a standard class hotel but it is right in the heart of the Miraflores and just a few blocks from all the action. The staff does a good job; they were very attentive to answer any questions we had. Breakfast is decent and you certainly get a value for your money. This is not a fancy hotel, but...

Good location, neat and good rooms with comfortable beds, but especially the service is excellent. Staff is very friendly and service oriented. Fe. Although it was 2 days ago that I stayed there, I could drop my luggage for the whole day there like it was normal and I could even use the pool if I wanted. And the staff...

The staff is extremely nice and always wiling to help (providing good tips for restaurants and places to visit). The hotel is located in the center of miraflores next to kennedy park. As a minor shortcoming, at night the neighbourhood is a bit noisy, however, this will probably depend on the room you will get.

We stayed in the Farona Grand Hotel for 3 nights and loved it! It's a beautiful hotel with wonderful staff, especially Miguel the barman, who was knowledgeable, funny and very warm. We ate in the hotel one night and the cerviche and steaks were superb. The rooms were comfortable and had a fridge, which is always a bonus. There wasn't...
