We were in Lima for 3 nights and had a great time at the Casa Bella Boutique Hotel in San Isidro. We had originally book at the Casa Bella Miraflores but when we arrived, we were brought to the hotel at San Isidro while the other hotel was being remodeled. What I first liked about the hotel is that is...

We were pleasantly surprised when we booked into Casa Bella. (Sometimes the pictures you see on the internet can be deceiving!). The hotel is very clean, large rooms and very friendly staff. We are only booked here for two nights enroute to Cusco, but upon returning to Lima to fly home we will definitely stay here for the week prior...

Back for a short stay at my favorite hotel in Lima. Casa Bella Boutique Hotel in San Isidro! I always enjoy my stays here! As usual I walked in the door to welcoming smiles and a speedy check-in. The rooms and bathrooms are always clean, with plenty of towels, soap and shampoo, as well as a hairdryer and small safe...

Very clean and comfortable for a night. Sent options to pick me up and drop me off at the airport via email. Overall very pleased with standard of room and services for the price. Not much around the area to see and do it places to eat, so wouldn't want really want to stay longer. Everything is just a short...

Beware. I made a phone reservation for an extended stay. Payed with my debit card. I went to cancel it 3 days because my plans had changed. Casa Bella said because it was an extended stay I would have to pay the first 3 night stay. They said if I had read the fine lines in their web sight. I...

Dear Betsy, it seems there is a misunderstanding since you have never cancelled your reservation, you have been postponing it since september 2015. We have been waiting for your new dates and as I personally informed you there will be a credit for you.

I should say very short stay. I arrived in Lima after midnight and had a bus booked down to Paracas 7:00AM. We were mainly looking for somewhere safe to stay to get at least a little sleep. If it had been just my wife and I, we probably would not have even gotten a room anywhere. We were traveling with...

They started renovating the hallway floor where my room was on day 2 of my stay. This meant dust, noise and smell of burning rubber from some type of glue they were cooking in the garden. I'm quite a flexible person but this was really horrible all my clothes smell of burnt rubber now and I asked to speak to...

We are very sorry for the smell and dust but it was not a renovation, some of our guests wash their clothes on the room and damage the floor of the room and the hallway. We have to solve the situation inmediately since it was kind of dangerous to walk around this area. I personally talked to you and explain...

Phenomenal service! Everybody treats me like an ambassador. Close to everything. Huge breakfast included!! Get your taxi service, travel arrangements and more taken care of. This B&B is a jewel!! Got a great deal on booking.com & they bumped me to the junior suite! Has washer/dryer. Full modern kitchen, dining room, walk-in closet!

Very nice place with big, clean and comfortable rooms. The breakfast is a little poor but the ladies in the kitchen are very nice. But a NO GO was: we made a reservation via booking (in $) and got the information that we should pay the price in Peruvian soles at the hotel, according to the exchange rate of the...

I have made use of this hotel twice. The customer service is pretty good, rooms are clean and of an acceptable size. Breakfast is more like a typical home-style Peruvian breakfast (which was good enough for me) - if you need something more extravagant, there are plenty of American chain hotels in Lima. The only issue that I had with...
