We stayed here in July 2013 because it was the departure point for a Dragoman overland trip. The room was relatively large, the bed was comfortable and everything seemed clean. The bathroom was basic but functional and again clean. The room had cable TV and there was supposedly WiFi through the place but it wasn't very good (welcome to South...

Nice hostel with spacious ensuite rooms. Breakfast is just bread and coffee but there are lots of cheap places nearby. Location is good for Plaza Armas, Franciscan Monastery (Catacombs) and Chinatown. There is free WiFi throughout and cable TV.

Stayed here as part of an Intrepid tour so I can't comment on pricing. In short, Pros: 1. Clean 2. Reasonable amount of space 3. Stay in the courtyard facing rooms - they are relatively quiet 4. Good location - only 2 blocks from Plaza Mayor 5. Helpful staff - although keep in mind, they speak limited english Cons: 1....

This is a great Hostal to stay at in Lima, it is basic but has all you need. It is located in a very handy position, walkable distances to some interesting sights, restuarants and shops. The rooms are clean and comfortable and there was all the hot water that I needed. Basic breakfast was included and they also do a...

This place is convieniently located close to the main square in Lima and with plenty of banks, restaurants and shops close by. The actual hotel is neat & tidy and the rooms are clean. The room we had the bed was hard as a rock & not very comfortable. The hot water ran out very quickly.

This is an excellent hostal, but when you arrive in Lima you will see that they are many other hostals with very lower prices offering equivallent services. Here everybody knows this... suggestion: stay here the first night, then know the other options after confirm the other nights.

It has no luxuries, but does have clean, Quiet rooms, Internet, and a great location within walking distance of skads of attractions across central Lima. Inexpensive, and with a good restaurant on the ground floor with great lunches Monday to Friday. Helpful staff. No phones in the rooms so they do have a public telephone in the lobby.

Near Plaza de Armas, only 3 minutes walking, Hostal Bombini offers good rooms, clean services and an international breakfast at the right price. Free Wi-Fi connection is avaible and fast. I stayed in this hostal only one night but I suggest it to pass pass some days in Lima.

This little hotel is very conveniently situated just a short walk from the centre of the old city, a lovely place to wander around and find wonderful food and drinks and take in the hiistory of this amazing city. Unfortunately, the location is about the only thing going for Bonbini unless you really like sticky carpets in your room and...

The location of the hostal is ok, it's near the Plaza de Armas and there are a few small shops nearby. The staff was friendly and breakfast was sufficient too. The rooms were quite large and the beds excellent. Only small downsides were the lack hot water and a few insects crawling in the bathroom.. But all in all, for...
