Quite nice, frondesk personal very friendly and helpful. Breakfast just ordinarie, no real ham just from can, bread were just whitebread, no full corn or more healthy ones. Rom ok, but airconditioner just blowing same temperatur air, probably not working correctly. Tv only in bedroom!

Had a wonderful stay at Hotel Santa Cruz. The room was enormous and very comfortable. The hotel staff were very friendly and went out of their way to assist. Herbert was a standout he could not have been more helpful with suggestions and advise. His knowledge of Lima and Peru was noteworthy. Overall the hotel was spotless. A great place...

This was the first hotel I stayed at in my first trip to South America. Herbert was on the reception when I arrived and he made me feel very welcome in how he spoke to me and his English was very good. Jose and Gabriel the two security staff were friendly and helpful too. I checked out on the morning...

After booking this hotel on line I read a lot of negative reviews and was a bit concerned. However upon arriving I was able to confirm that this negativity is unfounded. I was given a renovated and very clean room on the 3rd floor. The room was located on the street but I certainly could not complain about excessive street...

The hotel was great. Clean, big enough for two, and located and a beautiful place on Miraflores. We had great wi-fi, signal was not lost frequently, and an actual breakfast every day! Attention was also great, from the moment we arrived they gave us maps, tips, and helped us with our questions about the city.

Stayed in a few hotels in Lima, Mira Flores is said to be the "nicest" part of Lima. One thing I've learned is that when you're not in America you can't hold things to an American standard. With that said, the Santa Cruz is a nice enough place. It has good Wi-Fi, the front desk speaks English and the hotel...

BE VERY CAREFUL if you book your room at this hotel through hotels.com, or Expedia, or whatever travel websites that are out there. I booked this hotel for two nights through hotels.com, and on the day of my arrival, when I called the hotel to inform them that I will be arriving very late, they said they do not have...

Advised them i wanted to change as had paid more for a better room which...

The location of this hotel is fabulous. A little walk away from the main restaurants and other amenities but still nice. If you're going to stay in Lima, do yourself a favour and stay in Miraflores. Honestly, the hotel wasn't anything to write home about and neither was the breakfast but the staff were lovely and helpful. The rooms were...

We just had 2 nights here and it was a great start into our Latin America trip. The place is 5 min away from the coastal walk / beach and not far away from the Inka markets. The team is super helpful and friendly. We felt save. We booked a 1/2 city tour through the city which was great. Rooms...
