Stayed here after reading good reviews, and wasn't disappointed. Stayed in room 4 which was quiet away from reception with a great view. Comfy beds with nice warm blankets. Bathroom was ok with nice hot water. Only a 2 minute walk to the square and restaurants. Wifi was good, as was the included breakfast. We had trouble finding this place...

We had great views of the ruins from our room and also from the chairs in the garden just outside our room. The bottom part of the walls in the room is ancient stones, with the top all new--very nice. A nice shower and bed were appreciated. Our hosts were very helpful, and I would stay here again if I...

We absolutely loved our stay at Hotel Ishkay! It was clean and comfortable and just what we needed after climbing Machu Picchu. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful. Can't recommend this place enough!

It was a bit of a challenge finding the hotel. We were coming from Pisac and the driver had never been there before (it's also not easily accessible by car). When we arrived there was no one at the front desk. After waiting twenty minutes, we looked up in the book on the reception desk what room we were booked...

Rooms 6 and 7 are the best for quiet rooms with outside sitting areas. The view is wonderful, and the grounds are pretty with many flowers and plants. Request a "box" breakfast if you are leaving early. I was very satisfied with arranging a driver to meet us in Cusco and take us around the Sacred Valley. It is more...

Overall, our experience at Hostal Iskay was extremely satisfying. I could cite many reasons for that, but, a great deal comes from the manager and every member of his staff. They always went to great extents to be friendly and helpful and that in itself expanded our experience more than I would have imagined. In fact, they stand out as...

We spent the first 3 nights of our trip to Peru at Hostal Iskay, and what a perfect place to start! Our room was simply but artfully decorated. The bathroom was clean and modern. The beds were warm and cozy. Great view of the Fortress from our window and our lovely sitting area outside. We whiled away several mornings, just...

Stayed here two nights while in Ollanta. Cozy is definitely a word to be used, small would be another. The price was right though. Clean. Breakfast was good, but basic. Nice view of the ruins, out our window. Was a little tough to find in the dark, from the plaza, but we did it. Power went out during our last...

Myself, partner and adult son shared the family room which is set slightly on its own looking out at the Inca ruins. We loved everything about this place; the staff, the breakfast, the views, the pretty flowers and plants around the rooms/garden and of course the resident cat who spent many a day and night with us. If we ever...

Arrived late at night, had many cobblestone steps to climb up to get to hotel BUT it was well worth it when we checked into our room #6. Away from the other rooms, a little garden, and a beautiful view of the ruins. We were so busy with touring, we do wish we could have had a day to truly...
