We enjoyed our stay here. We felt the rooms were a good value. Great location right off the main square on the road to the ruins. Walk across the street for great restaurants. Friendly, helpful staff. Wifi a bit slow, but worked in the room. Nice hot water showers. Would stay here again.

My experience here was incredible. When Paola and Beto, the owners, saw that I had injured my foot they took care of me as if I were a member of their own family. Their kindness and efficiency helped me through a difficult time and I will always hold them in a special place in my heart. They create a wonderful...

We stayed at El Tambo for a month and fell in love with the accomodation, the family that runs it, and the town. El Tambo is run by Paula, Beto and with the help of there son Luis. It's an incredibly comfortable stay and extremely recommended for travelers that want to get to know the culture in Ollantaytambo. It is...

We loved this place! Stayed 3 nights on our way to and from Aguas Calientes at this scenic and rustic family owned hostel. Beto and the señora (didn't catch her name) are eager to help and welcome. They cut us a deal for multi-night booking. Breakfast is offered when you stay two nights for one of the mornings. Courtyard and...

basic indeed, but the rooms are clean, there is hot water and the hosts are very nice. In the evening you can just sit on the balcony in front of the rooms and enjoy the calm of this cute village, facing the mountains. We just stayed for 2 days a few days ago but I would definitely recommend it!

I love this place! It is very basic, like many of the places in Ollanta, but this one is by far my favorite! The courtyard is super nice and a great place to hang out and unwind. The location is right near the center of town; the rooms are great, the shared bathrooms are nice and there is hot water....

Stayed for 2 nights in early June and despite the accomodations being basic and probably not great value for money relative to other places we stayed in Peru we just loved the vibe of the place. Ollantaytambo is a great small town with original Inca streets and surrounded by ruins on the mountainsides and is a great stop on the...

I stay here every time I come to ollanta. The price is great (15sol), and it's shared rooms, but I often have it to myself. The bathrooms are clean and there is hot water! There is a lovely garden to sit and relax. The only downfall is that the hosts are often not around, and the key is to be...

The courtyard setting makes this hostel beautiful. There were flowers and cats and creaky floors and breakfast on the balcony. The shared washroom is very clean, and I had no trouble getting hot water. The owner speaks a little English and was friendly. Luggage storage was not very secure.

I was touring through the Sacred Valley with my girlfriend and her 12 year old daughter. Our bus arrived in Ollantaytambo after dark and we set out on foot to find a place to stay. This was the second hostal we looked at, we were sold on the nice garden in the courtyard and the clean quiet room. The next...
