Stayed for one night as part of G Adventures trip to Machu Picchu. On check in, we had one small bar of soap. My husband spoke in Spanish to front desk who refused to give us a bar for shower and also refused to let us pay for a bar. We got soap after our CEO intervened.

Okay hotel. Rooms are a bit shabby and could do with updating. WiFi is generally poor and not available in rooms. Breakfast choice is okay. Staff are friendly. Good location for main city plaza restos and shops.

This was the worst hotel we stayed in on this trip. Was a shame as it was in such a beautiful situation.

Although it served our needs, I was very disappointed that our travel agent put this together for us. The hotel is located in a dingy off-location and is pathetic to look at from the outside. It was hard for me to believe this was even a hotel. The rooms were small and outdated.
