I must begin by saying that this hotel is beautiful. The rooms are comfortable, and the scenery is great!. However, I was so turned off by the service. I was traveling with 7 people, and needed information on transportation to and from the train station in Ollantaytambo and to the Cusco airport. I had to email them 3 times, and...

This hotel is laid out cottage style on a very nice property. The rooms are well laid out and clean. The dining area is in the main building. Breakfast and dinner were both good. Fresh fruit, freshly squeezed juices, eggs to order and an assortment of cereals, cold cuts, pastry and bread offered enough choice to anyone at all. Dinner...

This was a lovely hotel with beautiful grounds. The only thing is that there was a great deal of steps to get to the rooms which would not be appropriate for people with walking issues. The services were good as well.

I stayed in the Sacred Valley one night. If I had been better informed I would not have chosen this hotel. First, it would have been better to be in Ollantaytambo town center. This hotel is isolated. Second, the wifi is only in the lobby. Four star hotels should have wifi in the room. Third , the staff was not...

Dear guest, Thank you for your feedback and for sharing your impressions regarding our hotel. We regret that we did not reach your expectations. The setting for this hotel (though quite a ways from town) is lovely, with well-manicured grounds and rooms in blocks of 8 rooms per building. The rooms are spacious and spare. The views vary from a view of the house behind the property (ours) to the sacred valley itself (other rooms). One thing to be aware of, is that there...

This hotel is for you if you are not rushing to Machu Picchu. We stayed two nights here to relax and enjoy the Sacred Valley. This resort deserved all the wonderful praises and more. The restaurant food and staff services were excellent. You definitely get a good night sleep here. This hotel is about 200 yards from the main road...

Location is very nice in the Urubamba Valley making it for a quiet stay away from all the hustle & bustle of the city noise. The Hotel is very clean; rooms were very clean, big size, comfortable beds, good bathroom, free Wi-Fi in the lobby area. Lobby is very nice with a fireplace right in the middle with sofas all...

We only stayed one night at this hotel as part of our tour of Peru. The hotel sits in its own beautifully manicured grounds with the most amazing flowers displays. Rooms were spacious and each had its own small conservatory, ours looked out onto a beautiful mountain scene.

We stayed here for one night as part of a large (35 person) tour group. It was the best of all the Casa Andina Private Collection hotels we stayed in. Room decor was standard across the chain, small but comfy beds, same wall hangings etc. The water pressure in the bathroom made showering a pleasure and the balcony overlooking the...

The resort was down a little track and was tucked behind a brick wall - you'd never know it was there, but it turned out to be an oasis. We stayed (with a Globus tour) in January 2014. After signing their forms and handing over our passports, we were allocated our room which was a bit of a walk. The...

Official Description (provided by the hotel)
The Sacred Valley's most complete hotel: a mountain chalet-styled retreat with panoramic Andes views from every room and every angle. On more than 8 landscaped acres, it breathes an air of tranquility and relaxation. Unique among Sacred Valley hotels - most of which remain isolated in the valley, offering precious little for guests to do - it contains an extraordinary, full-service "Sacred-Spa", a domed Planetarium-&-Observatory for stargazing in the massive Southern-Hemisphere sky, and gourmet restaurant and bar. ... more   less
