Hotel is quite pleasant ( once you leave the street ). Good breakfast and clean rooms. My beef , reception. Crazy slow and terrible communication skills. Takes three of them to perform one task and the English is awful to none existent. When I tried to check out ::::::: buyer beware :::::::: they only take MasterCard !!!! Crazy , right...

Convenient Hotel on the way to Machu Picchu. Ask for room on backside away from street noise. Had nice room with king size bed. Good place to acclimatize to altitude. And breakfast was pretty good. Beautiful view from courtyard.

We stayed here for two nights after flying into Cuzco on our way to Machu Picchu. It was the perfect place to get used to the altitude since it is at a lower elevation. There is little to do in the down except a wonderful ceramic studio - Seminario. The grounds of the hotel are very nice, the rooms are...

We stayed here 2 nights with our tour group. The room was spacious and looked out onto beautiful gardens. The facility had lovely relaxing gardens all throughout with a variety of birds every morning. We had some issues with the internet and could only get reception in a few areas in the lobby. It was also difficult trying to get...

This hotel is a quaint, charming, unassuming place. The staff is pleasant and helpful, many but not all speak English. The rooms are not fancy but have a charm to them. Each building of rooms has a center courtyard the rooms open onto. There is a pool and lovely garden. The restaurant is nice and breakfast, dinner was quite good....

Excellent location right on the main road through the Sacred Valley, this is a great place to call home while you tour the Valley sites and the ruins/sites up the road to Chincheros. The pool is cold (burr!), but the people are warm! They even had local weavers come and demonstrate the use of the backstrap loom right there on...

Stayed here November 2016. Room was small with a twin bed that was okay. Very clean, linen and towels clean, hot water, shampoo and soap provided, hairdryer and a safe in room. All the staff I interacted with were polite and friendly. Buffet breakfast was descent. Lovely interior garden where you could sit and relax or meditate. Grocery story across...

Our room was fine and hotel was good. We ate in the hotel as there didn't seem a lot around and we were very tired from a full day at Machu Piccu. The meal was good though the waitress didn't speak English so it was a bit interesting ordering our meals! Our room was quiet so maybe need to ask...

Stayed here while touring the Sacred Valley before heading back to Cusco. The noise from the locals and staff makes sleeping nearly impossible. The shower in room 148 has seen better, cleaner days. The wifi is unusable throughout the hotel. The only upside is the hotel restaurant is pretty good. Hotel bar is limited and the pool table is only...
