Our booking was done through a tour group and we had no idea what to expect. The hotel had so much character. The gardens were superb with the mountains as a backdrop. The staff were extremely helpful and attentive. The best of all was the restaurant and the food I tasted was of the highest quality and very well cooked...

Sonesta Posadas del Inca is a hotel that lies in the bottom of the Sacred Valley with a panoramic mountain view in its backside. The gardens and open space of this property offer quiet and tranquility. It was converted from an old convent so the rooms and decors appear to be rustic in character with the historic flavor of the...

This is a beautiful hotel located in the Sacred Valley. The grounds were relaxing to stroll through with beautiful flowers all around. There is a small church on the grounds which was very quaint. The rooms were spacious and clean. My family of 5 only stayed 1 night but we all agreed we would like to have stayed several nights....

The grounds are beautiful but not huge so some area to walk around but more for a stroll. The rooms were nice and clean. The service is great, the slight exception being some of the wait staff at breakfast were less than helpful. The complimentary coca tea is delicious. We didn't have a huge noise issue but you definitely can...

We were pleased with this place. The grounds were beautifully landscaped and even had a couple of llamas in the garden area. The hotel is an old nunnery as I understand it and the history was nice. This is a truly lovely, lovely property, with beautifully manicured lawns, lots of flowers, good restaurant, etc. HOWEVER----it is not air-conditioned, and even though the weather didn't call for it, I like A/C for noise control. Many, many other reviewers mentioned early-rising travelers waking them, and one mentioned a dog barking all night. Although I didn't read all the reviews,...
