Thank you 100x to Mango Bay Resort Staff, who helped make my trip. I experienced my first Kava ceremony here. My friends and I participated in their crab race, had an amazing dinner, met the awesome owner Dylan, and had an overall great experience here. The wildlife is abundant and the property is beautiful. Also a big thanks to Feejee... More

We got this resort v much last minute as lots of places were booked and we were travelling independently. I had no expectations and was a little uncertain when we checked into our 3 bed room, safari 5. However, I loved this resort! If you are looking for somewhere fancy, or luxurious this is not the place for you. However,... More

Beautiful lush grounds with wonderfully well kept tropical gardens. All houses are inspired from Fijian Bures. Bed are comfortable and bathrooms are clean. the food in the restaurant is ok. Fiji dishes were very good, but not too keen on the other stuff (fish and chips, burgers and pizzas). Big thumbs up to the friendly staff. They made us feel... More

The Positives 1. The food is very good though quantities can sometimes be inconsistent 2. The staff are very friendly and seem very genuine 3. Simple but enjoyable. Slightly too western at times - it is driven for the backpacker market. Would love to see more local fare on the menu ie Lovo. Take you own travel pillow. Staff were wonderful and added to the atmosphere - always welcoming. A small minority (Abo) were willing to try and take advantage of visitors - but this... More

This resort is actually quite nice as long as you don't expect 5 star resort quality. The beachfront bure we stayed in was simple, yet nice. Restaurant has simple but good quality meals that aren't overpriced. There is no aircon but if you are half smart you realise that if you open up all the windows and allow the cross... More

Stayed at Mango Bay for 5 days. I will regret this trip for sometime. The website photos have obviously been photoshopped as the facilities do not look anywhere as nice. The rooms are sticky and smelly. The bed and pillows felt damp. Every night I felt itchy in bed. The mozzy net prevents any air flow from the fan above.... More

I've stayed at Mango Bay twice. The first time was for 1 night when I did the Fiji Experience. I enjoyed my night so much that 4 months later I was back for 5 nights. There's lots of activities to take part in snorkelling, coconut bowling, cooking lessons, fish feeding, trivia night, movie night and much more. I also had... More

The first thing you should know about Mango Bay is that it's a little isolated- down a dirt road and one hour's drive from Sigatoka. Organizing transport is difficult unless you have a tour bus/shuttle picking you up for day trips. When asking how to get to our next resort the staff told us to wait on the side of... More

Bula JosieGrossie, Thank you very much for your feedback. It always counts what our guest think and it gives us a chance to keep improving our service. Usually transfers are easily organized if you contact the resort prior to arrival. If coming by local bus it is advisable to contact the resort so we have our complimentary shuttle pick the... More
