I actually booked Hayat hills hotel. But because of some problem they shutdown the whole hotel.
Long story short, when I reached Sarajevo I found out that they shifted me to this terrible hotel without even contacting me.
No staff only two receptionists no one...More

the room was old, long-edited, look at the wall of a neighboring house, shower broken and moldy, lamps without shades, just light bulbs, but because people ..... indescribable .. that has only in Bosnia. friendly, helpful, human. Bosnians, each Casttle you !!!!
