The worst experience ever! They had totally wrong information on booking site, they it said that they have had parking place, but could not be farther from the truth. They actually have a public parking nearby, which is not you bargain for, if you are just passing by and it is necessary to have a car at hand to travel...

Friendly staff, amazing location at the city center, but in a quiet alley. Room was nice and clean. Equipment not too fancy, but sufficient. We recommend this place if you want quite yet accessible hotel.

In a very accessible part of the city, beautiful large and spacious rooms and smiling Reception is always welcome. It is very affordable, too. It is a couple of steps you find yourself in Bajcarsi. Definitely will come again. Thank you for your care.

This place could have been so much better and we were really quite disappointed. The location is really near the old town, but down a small alleyway off of a really cluttered side road. We chose to stay here because it was close to town and they say they have on site parking for 5 Euros a day, which we...

My stay in the hotel lasted for just over a week. During the week I enjoyed the place, though the view from the window could be better and the bedsheets could've been changed at least once. Also I had to ask for toilet paper each and every time and my mascara and pants seemed as if they had been tried...

I believe this was my third stay in this small hotel. This time, I was given a card key which I could use to open the door, and I realized I did not see anybody at the reception often. My room which I stayed before has not changed much. Twin beds, bathroom, kitchen, a big closet, TV, etc. Wifi works...

At first sight, it seems a small hotel. But, the rooms are comfortable (I had the n°4), the people there are nice, allways having a smile for you, readyt to help you... I had the feeling to be in a family. And of course, it really near the heart of the old town

We were pleasantly surprised by the bright and modern decor we found at Hotel Safir. In a small amount of square footage they managed a small kitchenette as well as a two beds, a desk, and a cute little bath. There were also some skylights that were strategically placed to let in some additional light during the shorter fall days....

I spent very little time here, but this is a great spot for a base if you are in Sarajevo. Conveniently located, with friendly and helpful staff and rooms which are very nice and clean, just a bit spare. My only complaint is that the shower was missing part of its door and was quite small, but other than that...
