The staff were incredibly accommodating and helpful; due to a small size of the hotel I feel like we got a personalized attention. Apart from the free airport transfer, they also gave us a free ride to a nearby town even though they didn't have to do so. The staff appeared super friendly and helpful; so if you treat them...

My wife and I stayed in this hotel on our second visit to Sarajevo. The staff were the high point of the hotel and they were all exceptionally helpful and attentative, they arranged a taxi for us to the bus station when we left and were always available to assist us with anything that we required. Stayed here for 2 nights as part of a Balkan tour with Penguin Travel. It's an excellent hotel in a brilliant location. Our room was fine, it was clean and comfortable. Staff were very friendly especially the girl at reception. Breakfast was included and was decent- tea, coffee, fruit, orange juice, bread, eggs etc. The location was perfect for sight...

I stayed here for a total of 6 days and I couldn't be happier with how amazing it was. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful and they take pride in the cleanliness of their hotel. The rooms were good and clean and the breakfast was fantastic. I can't wait to stay here again the next time I'm in Sarajevo.

Only a short walk from the Sebilj fountain, the Hotel Boutique 36 is an affordable place to stay within walking distance of all the attractions old town Sarajevo has to offer. Clean rooms, friendly staff, and breakfast served each morning downstairs. Rooms have air conditioning and the staff watches after your room key at the counter so it won't get...

this hotel was very well located for a recent trip to Sarajevo. While not in the heart of downtown, is a short five minute walk to the main tourist area. The rooms were quite large and the staff was excellent with ideas and support. Breakfast was reasonably good and Wi-Fi was more than adequate.

We had a very nice two-night stay at this hotel during our visit to Sarajevo in May 2016. The hotel is close to the tram line and Old Bazaar and is therefore very convenient for getting around or seeing the lively Old Bazaar area. That means you are close to restaurants, bars, pastry shops, shopping, and everything else the Old...

Stayed two nights on a 2-week tour of the Balkans. Hotel clean and the breakfast was good. Friendly, helpful staff. Nice furnishings, almost like a small hotel in Scandinavia. Lot of History in Sarajevo and I did not see everything I wanted to see. Down town area large and some nice shops. Did not get to "sniper alley" unfortunately. Did...

I spent six nights at this small (six rooms or so) hotel, and I was so glad I selected it--great location, clean, and super staff. Andrea and Dina were especially gracious and worked hard to locate tours to the places I was interested in visiting and to get me bus information so that I could take off on my own...
