On the plus side the hotel is well located in a side street just off Vitosha Bvd.Rooms were clean and tidy with a reasonable bathroom. Breakfast somewhat mediocre compared with other hotels we have stayed in .The "hot" food mostly lukewarm or cold, and it would have been nice to come down to something other than tinned peaches everyday to have...

This hotel is located just beside the central Vitosha Street. Rooms are average size. Professional and nice staff. There was nothing which could bring wow to your face but was nothing that could make you feel bad. The hotel is recommended. Breakfast seemed nice with good variety. Though a lot of things are served on request and not displayed.

Centrally located, few metres from Vitosha, 5 minutes from Serdika (or NDK) metro station. Great starting point to visit all city by walking. Close to restaurants and pubs. Our room was very clean, comfortable, warm and quiet. The bathroom was comfortable and clean as well (even the body lotion is provided!) - wide shower and bidet. Both salty and sweet...

Very helpful staff, comfortable room, good breakfast, central location. Ideally situated to explore Sofia; free wifi but slow although you can pay to upgrade. Hotel does not have a restaurant but there are plenty of good restaurants nearby.

We stayed in the hotel for 5 nights. Large spacious, clean and warm room. The breakfast is OK nothing impressive. There is a free slow internet connection but there is an option to pay if you want a faster one. Perfect location, round the corner of the pedestrian street (vitosha boulevard ).

Well positione, round the corner of the pedestrian street in the middle of Sofia. They have recommended me a very noce place to eat at night, while they are not having food room service. I got the apartment because of some key issue (nice customer service) and I was enjoing it. A little too cold in the room, so pay...

I stayed in the hotel for 3 nights. The location is very central, the hotel is clean and warm but the internet connection and breakfast are unsatisfactorily. There is a free slow internet connection with capped data usage and you have to pay if you want a faster one or more data allowance. Moreover, the internet deconnects after few minutes...

The location was perfect, near vitosha boulevard and the room was quite good. there were only two problems: the room was too hot but really too much altough heater was off and the window was open and then the housekeeper made noise already at 8 o clock in the morning just outside our room...and when you are on Holiday it's...

Easy taxi ride (OK Taxis) from the airport - just off the main Vitosha Boulevard. Cheerfully welcomed at 2am - Tidy, good sized and quiet room (204) with tea and coffee and strong wi fi. Well equipped bathroom with rainfall shower and all the toiletries. Ample hot and cold breakfast always replenished (although the hot plates could be warmer) Good but...

We were really concerned after searching for and not finding our hotel on the best western website, and after emailing best western customer services finding this is no longer a best western hotel and that they didn't have contact details for the new owners! We were then incredibly surprised to arrive and find that not only was the hotel still...
