2 nights, 3 friends and management composed of two old guys with almost non existing language skills which shouldn't be a problem as we all know how to use sign language to travel but the empty vodka bottles made that impossible. I have been in worse places but never met staff more incompetent. Rooms dirty and extremely cold. Bathrooms were...

Nice staff, great location, free breaksfast, good wifi and it aint dirty... You can also do your laundry at an affordable price. You wouldn't expect much more for such a good price. My friends and I are very satisfied with our stay in this hostel.

I've been on the road for more than year and my night at Nightale migth be my worst hostel experience ever. It's the kind of hotel that makes you hang out in the city untill you just can't handle it more just because you know what kind of "room" is waiting you. At some point I wondered myself if it...

Very hospitable hostel with comfortable beds, helpful staff and a nice kitchen with free breakfast. This hostel is well placed, near the parliament where the free city tour start. Also there is a lot of coming and going so you can meet people from everywhere around the world in the common room.

I guess the best thing I could say about this hostel is that you're allowed to check in whenever. Also the breakfast was exceptional just because there's no limit to what you can eat and decent selection. Wifi is also very good which is unexpected. Now for the bad; the owner who is an old Russian guy is very eccentric...

This "hostel" is among the worst I've ever stayed at. The place is dirty, cold and full of old men that volunteer. The common area by reception is right next to the rooms and you can't make noise or hang out in there because that's where several of the staff sleep. The big dorm style room upstairs with approximately 19...

We spent 3 nights in this hostel. It was nothing like the pictures they have on the site. The beds were uncomfortable and the hostel stank. However, the staff tried their best to make us welcome.......

The entrance is weird, door blocked by a stone at night, the reception didn't properly speak english, the bathrooms were quite dirty and the dorm upstairs is quite strange, with the mattresses over wooden isolations on the floor and a bunch of old furniture lying around. Some lockers have space for your lock, others are broken... They do have breakfast,...

This is the worst place I have ever stayed! I arrived around 10pm and was welcomed by 10 very rowdy Bulgarians. As a solo traveller it was quite intimidating. The receptionist informed me there was no locker for my belongings and no key for the front door. She will just "let me in". She showed me to my room which...

We stayed in the hostel for one night with a group of 21 young people. The hostel is comfortable and in a very central place in Sofia. The man at the reception was really kind, tolerant and helpful towards our big group. I can warmly recommend the place.
