The booking process was done online and I was contacted by the staff afterwards who asked me about the time of arrival and from where. They gave me additional directions to the hotel! The hotel is small. It has nine rooms and four of them open directly onto the reception area. The room I was in was modern, very clean...

We chose the hotel because the location and the nice pictures in Booking. Complete mistake. The walls were dirty. The hotel is close to a street with the tram which difficults the sleep. The bathroom smells really bad when you take a shower. And the worst point: the bed was completely broken. I lie down and it fell in the...

This is a very nice small boutique hotel, close to the historic centre of Sofia but in a quiet street. The room was light, airy and spotlessly clean with a very comfy bed. It is like tiny apartments over 3 floors and the staff were superb, professional and friendly. We had a fridge in our room that was not working...

People give low reviews but only pay £25 a night. Seriously?! This hotel is FABULOUS for the money. £102 for 4 nights ks a bargain. I loved our time here. Check in was swift and easy (we got there at 1am so had to give reception a quick call to let them know we were there). We had the Cape...

We have asked for a double bed and it was proposed to us the deluxe double room. In the photo there was not one double bed but i assumed they will change the two single beds and put one double as I asked precisely this. The room has super transparent curtains and no shutters and there was hair in the...

I arrived to the hotel at about 9 PM. The door was locked and had a note asking me to call one of the two numbers to get in. Called the first number, a lady said it’s out of use. Called the second, got an answer. I know my phone operator will charge me about one dollar per call. It’s...

The hotel meets its expectations.. No luxury, but it was clean and had comfortable mattresses. I slept very well. The hotel is located in the capital center with a nice view at the Jewish synagogue from its balcony. There are fine shops and nice restaurants nearby, with a huge variety of nice foods. Very fine, helpful and friendly staff.

This wouldn’t be my typical choice of hotel, however the guys I was travelling with wanted a cheap hotel. In the past I have awarded cheap places high stars due to offering great value for money, that simply isn’t the case here. None of this is a criticism aimed at the staff, who were very friendly and professional and I...

It is in the city center, very close to the main metro station Serdika. The breakfast is nothing special but it is good for starting the day. The towels were changed every day. Nice hotel for the money.

With one exception many moons ago this is the worst hotel I have stayed in. Sold as B&B, the breakfast was brought via a tray and poor. There was no kettle to make coffee, no coffee and only peppermint tea. No mini bar as advertised. As you can see, there was NO BEDDING. Only a sheet provided and a thick...
