The staff was really polite and welcoming. The room was clean and comfortable- but definitely not a boutique - just clean cheap basic room. The internet connection was weak and I was not able to work. My room was with window to the street and it was a bit noisy from the tram. The breakfast is just ridiculous - factory packed...

Great having breakfast served in the room. Nice location, excellent prices and very cute/friendly staff. I stayed in about 7 places around Christo Botev boulevard and this was by fast the best for low budget.

My father and I found this Hotel accidentally. The guy on reception was really polite and nice, full of informations about town and everything else. Rooms were clean and comfy. We stayed only for one night... This place is full of potential!

We stayed at this hotel for about a week. The location is close to the city center, and safe enough. The hotel isn't luxurious, I wouldn't necessarily call it a 'boutique' hotel, but it offers a clean room, on a quiet street with a simple breakfast as an added plus. The staff was very nice and accommodating. We'll definitely visit...

Perfect location, good staff, welcoming. 3 stars seems a bit overrated but everything was fine, clean, warm showers. I enjoyed talking to the staff, each with a different personality and very amenable.

We had a good time in Sofia, the hotel located in the center of the city, close to a city mall, all shops, bars and cafes, restaurants, the room was clean and the reception was very nice, thanks to Krasimir,

My girlfriend and I spent 2 nights in the hotel recently whilst visiting Sofia on a little trip around central Bulgaria. It was booked online at a 50% discounted rate to the normal prices. Not a lot to say about the hotel really, it did the job. It was a good base to have in Sofia whilst exploring. I wouldn't...

You get what you pay for. I wouldn't call it a 3 star hotel, but it's not really a hostel either. The staff are nice and helpfull. The rooms are clean, but a little small. The bathroom is nice. Although the toiletpaper is placed in such a way it gets wet when you shower. It's about a 15 minute walk to...

We chose this hotel because we booked another place to stay in the city and the owners did not turn up, so we felt we were stranded in Sofia. We jumped online and saw this one was very close and had good reviews. When we arrived we were greeted by a lovely lady, very polite who gave us the key....

The rooms were clean, the staff was helpful and it was centrally located. We had a balcony. View wasn't good but I don't care about that. I was only there for 4 days to soak up the city, food and the people on this trip. I want a clean room and bathroom, which I got. They had bath products for...

“Rooms at the back are a bit quieter as at the front you can hear the trams. I preferred the front though as I could see what was going on in the street.”
