Arte hotel has a superb location, close to most of the capital´s places of interest, goverment buildings and shopping areas. The room we had was very small, but clean and cosy. We didn´t book breakfast at the hotel. Instead we went to the Rainbow Factory, only 50m away, where the food and coffee are spectacular.

It's very cheap, considering its central location. So I didn't expect much. Staff are not friendly, but helpful enough. The whole hotel area is stink, possibly from dump carpet. Room was very hot and temperature can't be controlled..... I had to sleep with the window open.

The hotel has excellent location. It is exactly in the city center. You may see nice pictures on the walls in the hotel. Rooms are different. Some rooms have nice view to the Main Street. Other rooms have not nice views. Rooms are warm and cozy.

Why can't these Bg people be more friendly? As a customer every single person would like to see a smile on their face. You guys should have taught these kind of things. By the way room and location was good though.

We've enjoyed our stay at the Arte Hotel, a well run place with staff who thankfully speak and understand english, are genuinely friendly and very helpful. There was no problem providing a safe storage space for our 2 bikes. Found our room well proportioned, wifi strong, clean functional bathroom, the double bed seemed small, but has been super comfy; no...

Staff were repeatedly and without exception kind, helpful and knowledgeable. The room was huge and spotlessly clean, the breakfast buffet fresh and varied, and, of course, the location is unbeatable. For the price, this was by far the best hotel value I've had in a long time. I'll certainly be staying here again.

The owner describes his hotel as a "small luxury hotel of the finest caliber" and then goes on to write how it is an art hotel filled with culture. No. Just, no. Hanging a few paintings in the dining room does not make this an art hotel. In fact the lobby and the rooms are really ugly with no aesthetic...

I stayed here for a business meeting (8 people total, each in their own room) and everyone was happy with their stay and the hotel location. The hotel was centrally located: right off the "yellow brick road," across the street from the President's balance, within walking distance to most sights downtown, and in a very quiet area. The room itself...

What I loved the most about this Hotel was its' location. It is within walking distance to many great restaurants, bars, the largest Metro Station, and many interesting places. It was always very easy to go anywhere from there so we rarely had to use any Taxis. It can get a little confusing which Metro exit to take though. We...

I chose this for location - just East of city centre, so very easy access to/from airport, walking distance of Archaeology Museum & National Gallery, trams 20/22/23 almost on doorstep, 10 minutes walk from Metro. Stayed in June 2014 - 3 stars - and in June 2015 - 5 stars. For the same price I got a room twice the...
