Nice stay even though they are currently under renovation. A very nice and cozy business hotel in a very good location. The lobby is huge and lobby bar is nice. Good option, mainly for business travelers.

Few meeeting rooms of different sizes and some of them on the 17th floor with amazing few of Zagreb, all with full technical equipment. High level of hospitality, professional staff and excellent food. Perfect location if you want to be in city center by walk in just a few minutes.

This hotel has a panorama ballroom that offers great panoramic view of Zagreb landscape from a height (17th floor). Provides a good city backdrop for photography. The ballroom is perfect for all types of events I should says!

Hotel is located in city centre close to many attractions , a little expensive for the quality you get ., avoid food at the hotel quality of food not what you would expect from 5 star hotel . The service also not professional, but that could be down to time of our visit .

You can't miss this tall modern building offering great views over Zagreb's stunning architecture. Rooms are spacious with very comfortable beds and pillows. Great place to relax and recharge your batteries before sightseeing. Excellent breakfast in a light and airy dining room. Waking distance to the city centre or take a tram from outside the hotel.

Located on the outskirts of the city centre proper, The Westin boasts splendid views of the lower and upper parts of Zagreb. I was on the 13th floor, and enjoyed waking up to the view. The hotel is probably a little too Stalinesque for the tastes of many Westeners, concrete and massive, but a lot of effort has obviously been...

Room was beautiful, with minor issues. But it was great, either way. On floor 15, the view was amazing. Bed was like a cloud to me, but for my "other half" it was too soft. That is personal choice. The service was great, especially the bellboys. Unfortunately, we stayed only one night, but we enjoyed very much. The room had...

Very nice hotel. Fair price for the offer. On a walking distance from center of city. Good facility, friendly, well trained people. I would only suggest a small shaving foam in the room equipment as we can't carry ours due to flight restrictions.

During the period of one month, I had the opportunity to stay in this hotel twice. The service is different, depending of how many other guests they had. If you travel individually, you can get a bit discriminated on the account of the big groups. The hotel has a great location, on a walking distance from the very center, shops...
