We arrived pretty late and had been let down with our previous booking, we heard about Fulir and found it easy enough in a little courtyard. Staff were exceptional, especially one irish guy Damien he was more than helpful and even had a few beers with us. Had great times. Location was great, practically in the middle of everything. Room...

It amazes me how the least expensive bed in town often manages to be in the best location, sometimes beating a five star hotel. If Fulir Hostel were closer to the central city square it would be on public property. Hidden in a court yard a few steps off the main square and with little to show the way (the...

The best part about this hostel is the location - they're not exaggerating when they say they are right next to the central square, which means restaurants, bars, tramlines, sights and the central train station are all within walking distance. They have nice big lockers that you can fit your whole backpack in, and two pcs for people to use,...

I stayed there for 2 nights and I really liked it. The receptionist Sandra was so helpful and you could tell that she really loved her job. She was so sweet and kind - offering me some of her milk for tea, helping us choose where to go in Istria and recommending places to see and eat in Zagreb. The...

This hostel was nicely tucked in the heart of the old city. Everyone in the hostel was friendly and the rooms were clean and cozy. The staff were helpful in telling us what to see etc and directing us to tour groups to places such as Plitvice Lakes. All in all, a very enjoyable experience with a wide range of...

We only had a one night stay at this hostel, but it was perfectly located right inside Zagreb's old town and we had an excellent night's sleep. The rooms were cozy and clean, and although the hostel was small there was quite a big common area to chill.

Stayed in this hostel on the last leg of an interrail journey. They gave us a map on arrival and marked out some good places to eat and drink. Rooms were massive and really clean. Great location.

Used this hostel in Zagreb with friends in 2011. Hostel was clean and the location was great. We had been on the train from Belgrade, so it was useful for us to have a hostel so central and easy to find from the train station. Hostel is within walking distance from the lively parts of town also. Although small the...

The best located hostel in Zagreb! From the bus station it's about a 20 mins walk and about 12 mins from the train station, which ever way you take it's easy to find the hosel. There is also a tram from both station. I stayed in a 4 bed dorm and had a peaceful nights sleep, the dorm was clean...

Couldn't be a better location, great staff, free internet, good kitchen, tv...all the great amenities. if you chose the 10-bed dorm then you must expect to be woken up/bathroom busy or something but mainly its was fine. Fulir also gave me great advice on travelling around the coast of croatia. ill definatly stay here whenever i end up in zagreb!!
