Location very close to the city center, nice boutique hotel \ rooms are a little small, some with balconies. The rooms are well equipped, clean, courteous staff and happy to help. Good value for money.

The only good thing about this hotel would be the location, unfortunately this is not the only thing you want from one. The room was smelly and dirty. We only stayed for 1 night, so we didn't have time to book another hotel, otherwise, we would be gone by the minute we walked into the room. The carpet was dirty,...

A very nice and cozy hotel with a very nice location. Hotel Venezia offers breakfast which was quite okay. There is a very small and cozy bar behind the lobby. Cleanliness is okay....Very small rooms and balconies.

Hotel Venezia is the best value for money hotel. Staff is excellent, rooms are clean, breakfast has a lot of option. The hotel as a building has an exceptional architecture and is very close to the city center.

A very good hotel, well located, clean and comfortable rooms, spacious bathroom. The breakfast room is quite small, but I can not say this is a major problem. Breakfast is quite varied. Helpful staff.

If you need reasons, first of all when we got there the room was dirty and smelled terrible, and they gave us a double room with one double bed, even though we asked for separate beds. So after waiting for about 20 minutes, they gave us a different room, which to...

It is the best hotel in the area. My boyfriend is Greek and he translate me the Greek comments. It is a little suprise to say that the staff is not friendly and polite. What ever we asked we had (maps, reservations, taxi etc) The room was clean and everything was more than fine. Hotel Venezia is a gem in...

Dirty Rooms. Bad staff. I asked them to make a reservation for a restaurant and they refused to do. They tried to charge us products from mini bar that we never drink / eat. Worst hotel experience I had ever in my life.

I was transferred to this hotel for one night and the experience was really bad from the reception to the room. When i arrived to the hotel with my friend the receptionists were unprofessional since they directly made a homophobic comment when i asked for a double room...one of the receptionists said in Romanian that they are 2 men how...
