Most of the restaurants in Gospodar Jevremova street have music bands, and most of these play by far too loud! This restaurant has also a band, but much more pleasant as not too loud and quite convenient in the sense that you may enjoy your meal and talk to each other. Service is very friendly and food is Ok.

Good place to rest in the Bohemian quarter. Nice to sit in the sun and watch the people strolling by. The selection of beer/wine was limited, but funny that the wine of the house had private label. And it was good too... We didn't try the food, so we have not an opinion. The waiter was friendly, liked his style.

This pension sits in the heart of Skadarlija which is one of the oldest streets in Belgrade, a bohemian quarter with many restaurants that offer traditional serbian cuisine and live music every single day. The pension is very close to most touristic attractions too. The room was really pretty it had the bohemian vibe with golden curtains and hand painted pictures on all walls. The staff was very helpful, they called the taxi service for me when I needed it. They arranged the airport shuttle too! The breakfast was huge so you really wont be hungry. Traditional serbian breakfast food aswell with some international options (u can have a vegan breakfast aswell). It will definitely be a go to place for my next trip to Belgrade!

Travelling Actor Pension is difficult to describe. It is appropriately positioned in the Bohemian District of Belgrade. Room 11 is huge with particularly spacious living areas and views of the cobbled streets below through the treetops. The decor is bizarre - over the top yet comfortable. A great place to be positioned to explore Belgrade. Staff are very helpful and pleasant.

It is in the heart of the old town amongst all or most of the popular eating places. You just have to step out of the room and you can spend the whole day "people watching". Very noisy and thus quality of sleep is affected. Despite all these issues we loved the location. Though it offers breakfast- but one has to go to its sister concern (a restaurant) just around the corner.

Ok room for the price point. But definitely get a room on the 1st floor, not on the ground level as the rooms on the ground level are smokers friendly and reak. The rooms on the 2nd level are non-smoking so it's not a horrible smell once you enter. The family run hotel does have nice staff that seem to help you with any issue you have, for example I needed a stitch repair with a bag of mine and 1st they directed me to a local seamstress, when she couldn't help they took the bag for me to a place outside the city and repaired it for me and brought it back the next day. I was really touched by this level of service. I do have 2 complaints though about the hotel. 1) the breakfast, yes it is included in the price so I shouldn't complain too much, but no breakfast is served before 0900, and then once it is served the only options you have are either a club sandwich or an omelette. I don't understand what they are talking, especially they serve you in a full on restaurant, I feel this could be much better. 2) the shower stall in the bathroom of my room was barley big enough for me to turn around in, yes I am not the smallest guy in the world but I'm not extremely large either! Also the shower door didn't close completely so water seeped through the large crack in the center of the doors and all over the bathroom floor. Finally I'm 6' tall or 186CM and the place where they have the shower head is even too tall for me. Overall I will stay here again, would just like to see some minor changes.

Thank you very much on your comment. The most important news are that our rooms on the ground level do not smell bad anymore. I am glad to inform you that we fixed problems with shower stall. About breakfast, we do have that two options but also they are fantastic fresh homemade options. We are looking to see you again. Best regards Travelling actor

The hotel is in a good location just minutes from Republic Square. They were helpful organising a taxi from the airport for us for €15! They wanted us to pay up front which was not a problem, be aware of the city tax!! The staff are helpful and friendly. They cleaned the room every day too. The room was a good size, bathroom a little small but adequate for our needs. Wifi worked well. The reception is not manned after 10pm, no problem for us though. Only downside was some evenings the bars around the restaurant could play lively and loud music and my wife struggled to sleep!

I found this a great little find. Clean, simple and comfortable. I arrived very late, but picked up the key from the adjoined restaurant, all planned on my behalf. Able to check in a pay the following morning. Staff friendly and helpful. Very low price for central location, in the heart of a vibrant area, not for ones wanting a quiet night. Stayed for five pleasant days. Could do with a little maintenance and repair.

Upsides of the hotel were the friendly and accommodating receptionists, the ideal location, and the good free breakfast at the hotel's restaurant. Downsides were the tiny rooms and the bugs that bothered us throughout the night. We stayed in two other hotels in Belgrade and didn't encounter these sorts of bugs (fortunately they don't bite). My girlfriend and I are deep sleepers so we didn't mind too much the noise outside. If the hotel rids of the bugs they would easily get a four star rating. Keep in mind that the rates here are not terribly competitive - if you are living here you are paying more for the location than the room.
