Great hotel with a rustic and majestic feel! This is a very quiet hotel with plenty to do around the local area. Small foyer area with revolving doors in the center. The furniture had a very majestic look of high quality. The staff was super nice and very helpful! Breakfast is offered and the dining is splendid! The food was very well cooked to perfection and very delicious! The room was amazing! The bed was very fluffy and comfortable. I slept very well on this bed and wish that I had one like it at home:-) There is a big screen TV in the room with plenty of English speaking channels as well as in the local dialect. The WiFi was outstanding (no plugin) and the room was very quiet. There is an adjoining door, but it has a lock on it for safety. I never heard any noise from any of the other guests. The thermostat held the room temperature perfectly and I didn't have to touch it once it was initially set. There was a space for an iron in the closet but no iron or ironing board. I am thinking that if you wanted one, you could just call downstairs and have them send one up. There are lots of places to eat near the hotel and even a nice mall right across the street. This was a visit during Christmas so there was a lot of people out and about. Overall, this very nice and majestic hotel comes highly recommended for long or short stays if you get to visit San Salvador.…
Wonderful Stay! Did Not Dissapoint! Location within a 2min walk to beautiful mall, food for every budget and gracious staff! Beautiful pool & dining area which includes indoor/outdoor options. Arriving on a Sunday, we ventured to "Strikers Sports Bar" located just below the Lobby Level & enjoyed NFL games. Again, indoor & outdoor dining options. Breakfast was lovely & delicious. I recommend the "Princess Omelet." "Lillian" our server was friendly & professional. Front desk staff were very gracious & knowledgeable regarding the area. Can't wait to return & would highly recommend.
I spent two nights here, and the staff was super friendly. It started with Alejandro at the front desk, who was so professional and made me feel welcomed from the moment I checked in. The hotel is located in a great part of town, with walking distance to shops, restaurants, and other various stores. The room was very spacious with all amenities necessary for a great stay. The bed was super comfortable, and so were the pillows. The breakfast was made to order, and service was really nice. I also truly enjoyed the pool area, as well as the Strikers restaurant located on the bottom floor. There, Juan, Carmen, and Josimar really took care of me, as they were so friendly and always so jovial. Overall, this is a great property with great amenities and an awesome staff. The food was really good, the room was very spacious, and the atmosphere was very authentic and had a local flare to it. I highly recommend staying there while on a trip to El Salvador!…
