The positive: quite clean hotel, spacious rooms with TV and quite decent wufi (not noisy air conditioning) + friendly staff and quiet location. But do not expect more than that. No elevator to get to the second floor, no decorations on the walls, no paint on the outside walls of the hotel (really..), no trash bin in the bathroom, and...

I stayed at Hotel Brandt on June 3rd for one night and was very impressed by the level of professionalism and their willingness to help and answer all my questions. The hotel has an industrial decor with little to no Nica culture; however, I reside in Leon and am immersed in the culture so it was not a negative aspect...

Good points: - Friendly and accommodating staff (there's even this one instance where the owner gave me a ride to my office) - Spacious room - They have a 'mini' gym (up to you how to be resourceful with your gym routine) - Hot and cold shower working properly -...

There are some good and bad things I experienced here during my one night stay: Good: The hotel is clean, the bed is comfortable and the staff is very friendly and accommodating. The hotel is in a quiet neighborhood which seems safe. It seems a good value. Bad: The water in my shower wasn't very warm and the breakfast left...

If you need to be in Managua for business, this is a good option. The staff are professional, there's a mall around the corner (and it's safe to get to/from), and the wifi was quite reliable. The breakfast is ok and included in the rate. Other meals need to be ordered in advance - ask for the menu because it's...
