This Best Western offers at least two classes of service: premium rooms and then old and tired rooms. Until yesterday I had only received the nice rooms and provided nice reviews as a result. I can't do that this time. We had reserved premium rooms with king size beds but they were 'full' and gave us triples in such a...

Stayed only one night thankfully. Close to airport with a shuttle that did not pick us up even with email and calling to confirm. Yucky old motel feel with unsafe locks on doors and between connecting rooms. Awful beds and sheets. Loud event with music taking place in inner courtyard that went very late. Has outdoor grounds and courtyards. Waiters...

On a short business trip to nicaragua, a friend recommended this hotel. The hotel was extremely convenient with a short walk to and from the airport. They also offered a shuttle service if needed for those with heavy luggage. Upon arrival to the airport there was a hotel staff member holding a sign for Best Western offering shuttles across the...

The hotel is clean and conveniently located across a very busy street from the airport. There are frequent free shuttles that the hotel provides. We luckily got a taste of the real Nicaragua on our trips to Corn Island, Granada, and Jiquilillo. The Best Western is perfect for tourists who want a western/USA feel in their stay. Pricey.

Very over priced, but clean. Could hear people talking outside of our rooms. The included breakfast buffet was good, but dinner the evening before was the worst I had in all travels around Nicaragua. Take a cab and eat someplace else. Best part: I did the hour message with a therapist there on location. She was quite good.

Stayed here five times since 2014, and three Of them there were problems with check in. Inexcusable. Lovely grounds, large pool, good bar and snacks plus restaurant. Directly across street from airport. Rooms comfortable though water pressure could be better. In room coffee is terrible.

We stayed at this place as we had to catch an early morning flight. The place had a party going on and placed us in the 'silent area' right next to the party. Needless to say, we could not hear anything but the music so asked to be moved. This was received in an 'OK' manner with a bit of...

Extremely convenient as it is directly across the street from the airport. Extremely clean rooms in 2-room apartment style units in a very tropically designed hotel. two pools, huge conference center, guarded parking, beautiful walks on site, breakfast included!

The Hotel has a great location (just cross the street from the airport). I spend 2 nights there just to get over the jet lag. It was ok. Very quiet if you want and the staff is very helpful and friendly. Also you can buy a few of soft drinks on the reception for 2$ If you stay there it...

Stayed at this hotel one night because I had an early flight the next morning. Room was very clean and neat, but everything is dated and the hotel needs a facelift. The staff was extremely courteous, and the pool was great.
