Came to Managua with a group of business school students on a consulting project. The Colibri hotel came recommended by our in-country contact as a nice, safe hotel in a central location. After our stay I can tell you that the entire group is glad we took the advice rather then going with the other option we were considering (Airbnb)....

I come to Managua on regular business and pleasure trips and after trying numerous hotels in the Central area of Managua, Hotel Colibri is by far the best value, quality and location I have found. Although the hotel is in the heart of the City, it is extraordinarily quiet and peaceful. All the rooms are extremely clean and well cared...

It's a no brainer; whenever I visit friends and family or have a quick business trip, Colibri Hotel is my go to place in Managua. The hotel is conveniently located with Groceries, Restaurants, Gas Stations and Shopping Centers no more than 5 minutes away. It has a very warm and welcoming environment with friendly staff who have awesome recommendations about...

We stayed here on vacation and had a lovely time. The hotel is conveniently located, the rooms are beautifully appointed, the staff is friendly and attentive, and the breakfast is delicious. We enjoyed access to local amenities.

I stayed at Colibri last month while in Managua for several days; it was great for my short business trip. A little oasis with a perfect location near Metrocentro, this safe neighborhood of Managua allows you to walk to various restaurants (and a large grocery store if needed, though breakfast at Colibri will not disappoint). Very clean rooms, reliable internet,...

We had a pleasant stay, stayed for 5 weeks and got a good deal here. Nice, clean room, good location near by the services, friendly staff, ok breakfast. Only thing we hoped for was to be able to use a kitchen, would be nice to store your drinks in the cold. But you can't have it all I guess :)...

The staff here is a just amazing. We had an early morning flight that left before breakfast was to be served. So they left us breakfast (fruit and bread) on the counter so that we wouldn't leave hungry. It was such an excellent touch. The hotel is a good location, not too far from the airport. They will arrange for...

This is a small but comfortable hotel near many restaurants and bars in central Managua. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The included standard breakfast does not offer variety except for a fruit plate but is tasty and sufficient. The neighborhood is a little rundown and you might be put off by the razor, barbed wire protecting the facility....

This is simply the best value for money you can get. Good sized clean rooms, fantastic price, nice breakfast, great customer service. Quiet rooms. Good wifi. Whatever your reasons business or family or fun, go for this. Hotel service at B&B prices in a good location.

I stayed at Hotel Colibri for almost a week while taking Spanish classes at a close by Spanish school. The hotel is in a quiet, safe neighborhood. There are a few restaurants just a 2-3 minute walk away, but some are closed on Sunday making food options limited. The karaoke place across the street has a good menu with cheap...
