The Concordia is located ideally in the middle of "Old Town", a fantastic part of the city to explore, eat in and photograph. The staff, especially Miriel, bent over backwards to offer exceptional service and accommodate several requests we had. They could not have been more welcoming and friendly. All of her suggestions for food and exploring were spot on, wonderful all. The room was amazing, full of custom furniture, huge comfy bed, large bathroom with walk in shower, mini bar, high end coffee maker and cool artwork. I really liked the lighting is on demand via your room key or motion sensors in the halls, a nice green touch. Filtered water dispenser in the hallway. It was quiet the night we were there but know there might be some party noise outside depending on the day of week you are there. The rooftop bar and restaurant was fun but we did not eat there, great view even out to the canal. It is about a 12-15 minute Uber or car ride to the Panama Canal visitors center and maybe 10-12 minutes away from Albrook Airport, the small regional airport. We absolutely loved our stay at La Concordia Boutique Hotel. Everything from the rooms, service, and location was perfect. The rooms were beautifully designed and well appointed (Bose speaker, bathrobes, slippers, Occitane products in the bathroom). The service was beyond our expectations. Everyone was friendly and tried to accommodate our needs right away. Arcelio was amazing! No matter what information we needed, he was able to provide it and if he was not sure, he would research it and give us an immediate response. He provided great food recommendations including places with vegan options. The location of the hotel was excellent. Everything in the Casco Viejo was within walking distance and other city locations were no more than 8 minutes away via Uber. We would recommend this hotel to anyone and we will definitely stay here again when we come back!…

Well situated and within walking distance of everything historical and gustatory in the Casa Viejo. We were welcomed after a cruise by charming receptionist with excellent English. She briefed us completely and gave us their personal restaurant and bar recommendations . These turned out to be very good. Our room was in essence a suite with a large bedroom and bathroom. There was noise from the roof-top bar at night which we could hear but it did quieten down late at night. The hotel arranged car transportation for us. We would love to stay here again. Panama was a delightful surprise.

Love LOVE the location! Very friendly staff and amenities in room were tremendously thoughtful. Especially loved the fragrant candles in room and weather bottles and water filter right outside the rooms. I would have liked to give them 5 stars had it not been for the following experience. Booked 2 rooms one with king bed and other with double beds months in advance. When we finally reached we discovered double beds not provided. Hotel offered roll in bed instead. The air conditioning was not working and my family stayed up all night trying to get attention to this. Though I will give them 2 thumbs up for cleanliness This was the BEST place to stay in Panama if you enjoy walking about and soaking in the really feel of old and new Panama City. Arcelio Rodriguez - Room`s Division Manager was EXTREMELY courteous and welcoming. Once we were able to track him down he was able to get the right hotel staff engaged to fix the issue. La Concordia is an absolutely charming place to stay. Very kind and helpful people, wonderful decor, high quality amenities, extremely comfortable bed and pillows, private balcony, good internet, and exquisite details as complimentary water and coffee and even earplugs if you consider the neighborhood too noisy. Everything was perfect, clean, eco-friendly, and very well located in Casco Viejo. Without doubt, this is the kind of place one always wants to get back!

We had a corner suite which was huge! Very clean with nice accommodations. Tons of windows and a desk which was great so I could work. Very close to all restaurants and markets. The staff were wonderful and very helpful. I happened to get sick and Muriel who works at the desk took the time to go with me to the pharmacy and help translate to pharmacist what I needed. This was not a quick trip and she was so patient and accommodating. Couldn’t ask for anything more as she went above and beyond. We stayed for 6 nights which was very long but the price was very reasonable. One warning-it’s located next to a nightclub and at a very busy intersection. It can be very loud very late(expect Saturday night when clubs stay open till 4). Now maybe the non corner rooms were quieter but keep this in mind.…

La Concordia is in a great location, easy walking distance from the key sightseeing spots in Casco Viejo. Although we primarily chose it because it was the only property we could find offering two beds, we had a great experience there and would highly recommend it. We were there only one night before departing on a cruise. The front desk staff was very helpful with recommendations for bars & restaurants. We pre-booked the transfer from the airport to the hotel via the website and then booked a transfer from the hotel to the cruise port after we arrived; both of which went very smoothly and we thought were good value. The room was SPACIOUS and well equipped. Even though our room overlooked the street, we found it quiet and peaceful.

I’ve traveled extensively throughout the U.S., Mexico, Central America, Caribbean and Europe and am a fan of boutique hotels that are steeped in the local culture and tradition. I loved my stay at La Concordia Boutique Hotel!! I had a large bedroom and bathroom, a desk which allowed me to easily do some work and a pretty balcony. The team is as charming as the hotel. They went above and beyond numerous times. Lastly, I’m a single, professional woman and safety is important to me - I never had a worry. My stay was absolutely delightful!

Intimate boutique hotel. Extremely clean and very very comfortable. Staff are attentive to your every need and have answers for anything you'd need. It is the only place to stay when visiting Casco. You will not regret your stay here. Simply put, fantastic!

Wonderful room. Wonderful welcome from the staff. Loved the little touches such as filtered water on each floor, cozy robes, espresso machine in room, nice lotions, inspirational books and art on each floor. You can tell they truly care about their guests, the experience, and the environment.
